The whole process was really simple I was away in Holland when my wife said the boule had failed due to its age we decided to replace it
Went on the Iheat website after looking at my option
They were able to carry out the installation really quickly
Sean and his dad who carried out the installation very clean and tidy and in no time at all had the new boiler up and running and took the time to walk me thru all the controls

What can I say ! From the point of ordering to the fitting was exceptional. Ordering was simple, answer a few questions and I had a choice of what boiler would be suitable. Did this at 5.45pm on Tuesday, pre booked a fitting slot also. Received a call from customer services on Wednesday morning just to clarify a few points and advised a time slot for the plumber on the Thursday.The plumber arrived within the time slot, introduced himself and his colleague, had a quick look at what was needed and started working, 3.5 hrs later he had replaced my old boiler, checked everything was working correctly and explained how the boiler worked, was also extremely tidy. I am so impressed with the service I received from iheat and would have highly recommend them. It’s a refreshing change to deal with such a superb company who do what they say, WELL DONE !!

There was an issue when the boiler was selected was deemed not compatible but this information came late so we missed 1 day for the installation.
However, the installation on the then agreed day was spot on. Full marks to the installer - didn't even mention anything about the fact that the- boiler was 2 stories up and he had to do multiple rounds up and down to fix it.

Fantastic service from iHeat! I was given a quote for a new boiler by British Gas and managed to get the same boiler fitted by iHeat for about £1k less! And they managed to fit me in before the Easter Bank Holiday after I'd been without heating and hot water for over a week and I only placed the order 2 days before my installation booking! I was so relieved they could fit me in so quickly! The engineer, Tom, who came to install the boiler was excellent. He arrived promptly in the morning and was very friendly and efficient. Very pleased with the service, highly recommend!

Really quick professional service, my old boiler was condemned on Friday 13th by British gas, and new boiler was installed by a very friendly and helpful iheat engineer on the Monday 16th. All in all a great experience.

My boiler just stopped working on a Sunday morning so I went online & found iHeat. It was recommended by Which & the customer reviews were great so I did a quote online. The prices were good & they offered next day installation which sealed it as my dog was due to have puppies in 4 days so I needed hot water & heat as a necessity. The work was completed as scheduled & the customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend using iHeat if you need a new boiler installed.
