I had my orientation day on 6th May with my daughter.Ms Geetanjali from Ikan conducted thatvfor me.
1st I noticed it's a family atmosphere and extremely safe for us.She show us the daily needs stops.All the day to day basis places like station , bus stop ,malls etc.
It was a good visit.

Geetanjali is great at her work and she took care of all the points which we agreed beginning of survey. The guided tour made us feel confident and comfortable at my new work location Chennai. Point to note we had 1 yr old kid with us and Geetanjali as well as IKAN driver were flexible per our kids tantrums. Right from child care hospital, grocery shops, shopping malls till 1-day picnic spots whatever we asked we got answers and was very useful + successful area orientation program

The orientation was informative and well-structured, providing clear instructions and relevant information for navigating Bangalore. The presenter explained everything politely and with great clarity, making it easy to understand and enjoyable to follow along.

I liked the behaviour of the relocation agent but somehow the property shown was not in my interest.

The whole experience is great. Rajesh and geethanjallj was so supportive and got a quick response from them. The orientation was smooth and they planned very well to get to know about most of the places.

Geethanjali has been very interactive and so passionate to know the client's hobbys so that she can make a scheduled city orientation which exactly matches the client's hobbys. She included all my inputs for the itinerary and on the day of orientation Rajesh executed it perfectly.

Vinod has always been very supportive during my relocation phase. He has demonstrated patience, trying to understand the requirement, always available either on call or in person. He always been punctual during the pickups for site visits and also spent quality time at sites giving me flexiblity to think twice before i commit the appartments.
