Great customer service.
Very helpful with the order and despite and issue with the basket it was soon resolved. Product seems very good and as described,muteboard 4 not yet fitted so can’t comment. Delivery as promised so very happy so far.

Highly recommend!!
I can't fault the products. Worked a treat. I was a bit skeptical at first but my neighbor complained about me playing my electric drum kit so took the plunge. It cost roughly 600 pounds to sound treat a 2mx2m wall (without the cost of a stud wall). Get more acoustic caulk than you think. Will be doing the living room alcoves next. Highly recommend!!

MuteMat 3 Premium Plus tiles review
After much consideration and research online, I purchased the MuteMat 3 Premium Plus. As far as I could tell, it was the right choice. Mats can reduce airborne noise and impact noise effectively. I have been in touch with ikoustic, and their customer service is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. Also, the delivery service is top-notch, as the items were delivered off a lorry. Because of their weight, it's understandable that they cannot be delivered inside, but I wish it was possible. The mat itself is also very heavy-duty and good quality.
