Trustworthy for removal and storage
I trusted this company with 3 removals and the storage of my jome contents for several years whilst I was an expat. They did every job with care and respect. My contents well in perfect condition after several years in storage. They have been extremely helpful and dedicated over the phone too. Totally recommended.

Extremely disappointing
After a long video call showing everything we needed to move, and reassurances about boxes, packing, and moving team, the packers showed up and we left the house.
When we returned it was clear that they hadn't had enough boxes as lots of unsuitable items for packing in bin bags had been packed in them. Furthermore, many breakable or otherwise fragile items were not properly wrapped, those I could see I did myself.
When moving day came, a van showed up that was in no way big enough for everything we had to move (medium-large 3-bed home). The moving team didn't even know that we had furniture to move!
Therefore the move took a lot longer. Unfortunately one box was dropped as the team were rushing (as had to do multiple trips - thank goodness we weren't moving too far away). By Murphy's Law this was a box full of badly-wrapped wine and beer glasses, many collected from travels overseas so irreplaceable.
We had paid for the dismantling and reinstalling furniture option on top of the packing and moving. Needless to say, the team were utterly exhausted near the end, which shows in how some of the furniture was then assembled (shorn screws, rickety kids beds, etc.) We also had to move some items ourselves such as the TV, fish tank, picture frames, stained glass etc. as we didn't trust that they would be safely transported.
The moving team were excellent, but it was unfair on a group of 3 guys to move all that furniture and those boxes, and in such a small van that it necessitated several trips.
Seriously unimpressed and have been sure to recommend people do NOT use them. Hopefully other people have had far better experiences than we did.

We moved house with a three week old baby and we couldn’t have done it without them. The packing service was seamless and well worth the money.

Quality storage and great team!
We had a few issues with our storage, but I Like to Move It Move It were super supportive throughout. Especially Adam, who joined me on site to help with the movers, and Jo, who ensured my items were collected even when I couldn’t be there. The whole team was great! Despite the situation (which wasn’t their fault), they did everything they could to make it work. They were very responsive, and all my items were well protected and safely stored.
I highly recommend them for quality and affordable storage!

Would highly recommend, all was seamless! Communicated w Jyoti on WhatsApp, and they also handled my UK-US shipping and repack with their international partner. Pricing very competitive, and they matched the best rate that I could find. I also had to sell a few items in storage, and they helped me to facilitate.

Used their services couple of years ago and absolutely loved the hassle free experience of moving.. so naturally, we decided to use them again a week ago for our move! Click and collect is amazing
Their click and collect storage is amazing. Booked yesterday. They came today and collected my boxes. They even helped me pack some of the items as I wasn’t fully ready for them. Highly recommended.

The I Like to Move it Move it storage collection did a great job. 10 out of 10. Jacob & Adam were careful, helpful and efficient. They packed all our stuff into boxes in 2 hours, and loaded in about 1 hour. Then they took all the items to my storage unit. Few days later i received photos and inventory of my unit. Could not be more happy with the service.

Scratched tv’s and computer monitors
Update: have removed the full details as we had a beyond 5 star experience with this company a few years ago and then when we excitedly called them back again for another job it wasn’t exactly perfect that 2nd time. Looks like most ppl on here have had that positive experience like our first one and I have no idea what went wrong with our 2nd experience.
