This company has multiple complaints and legal actions against it. It has a F with the BBB, for good reason. This company will steal your work, your banking information, your royalties, and your IP. They will make you pay, and then steal your work as well as your money. They use AI illustrations and charge a premium fee for images that a person easily could have created themselves using an ai image generator. Please, stay away from this elaborate scam. They prey on new authors. They use deception, manipulation, strong-arming, stone-walling and a number of other unsavory and unconscionable practices in their business scam. I’m currently filing a lawsuit against them for this. They are shameless predator's.

Had this film idea forever but no script. Their scriptwriter turned my plot into a killer, well-paced screenplay. Feels like it's ready for the big screen.

Illustration Jeeves provided excellent editing services. Olivia worked on my manuscript and improved the structure, grammar, and flow of the writing.

I used Illustration Jeeves for both the design and the printing of my latest book. Their pricing was competitive, and the service was exceptional. Ethan was so attentive and made sure all my requirements were met. I am really impressed with the quality of their work.

Illustration Jeeves stole my work. They prey against new authors, they use aggressive sale tactics and then they not only steal your money without completing the job, they also steal your book, royalties, banking information, keep the copyrights to your book, and more. I literally cannot believe they stole my first book and that I even have to write this. They have total control over my work and my book and I have nothing. SO MANY RED FLAGS. SO MANY. Do not do “business” with Illustration Jeeves, Jay Thomas, Maya Harper, all are thieves, scammers. Save yourself the heartache and hefty fees and do the work yourself, what they are doing a monkey could do. If I had known it was so simple, I would not have conducted business with them in the first place. And they didn’t even finish the job!!! They scam you out of your money in trade for “services” without providing, and then steal your work to continue stealing money from you. Absolutely a trap.

This is the worse experience ever. Complete scam. They illustrated then published my children's book. There was no publishing page with their information first red flag. My project manager, Jake Thomas then correct that with one line. My first book got 580 pre orders that I paid for. Then a few weeks later "Forbes books" contacts me and stated they cannot get a response for 1000 pre order requests from illustration Jeeves. I contacted my project manager and was advised they were going to contact me. But I also have another pre order for 580 books. I advised I'm not paying for anything's until I receive my royalties. A few days later Jay Thomas his finance team will cover the printing coat and take it out my royalties. I stated that sounds good, however I want to pay for it myself after I receive my royalties. He did it anyway. I then received a statement of the purchase order stating I would receive my payment within 45-60 days. Once that time arrived Jay states its business days. Once that time arrived I cannot get a hold of Jay apparently he's been on vacation for 3 weeks. That's a great vacation time illustration Jeeves offers their employees.i contact their sales department several times and finally get a new project manager, Alex Wright. Yesterday I was informed one of the companies that placed the purchase order went out of business. That's my royalties will not come until 3 more weeks. They have not received payment for that purchase order and will give me what I paid. They do not give dates for royalties and are very vague about payment. Please save yourself a headache and do not get scammed like I did.

4/12/25 I submitted my complaint to the BBB with confirmed EVIDENCE of BREACH & FRAUD but there has been NO RESPONSE to my claims by you I.J. I WONDER WHY? Could it be because YOU ARE GUILTY of the DOCUMENTED CLAIMS? Alex Wright & Alexa James both didn't have a difficult time stating how I was wrong time & time again. Please prove yourselves true & respond. I'm waiting.

I just had about this company and I believe they are doing well.

I had an amazing time working with Jay! He was very good at explaining things, and was also great at listening to my vision. I wanted to publish a book for years but I didn't have an illustrator. I was shocked at how fast the process was! And only a couple short months I had a book! They helped me bring my dream to life! Thank you so much!
