I made an error in my ordering. The customer service has been outstanding at helping me resolve that.

Coffee tastes great , but the delivery / customer service is poor this is the second time I’ve had issues shame

I bought the Trillionaire coffee and wow does it taste good! I had to sort something out with the owner regarding my delivery and he seems very knowledgeable about Coffee, so I think I've found a good place to get my coffee from now on.

I've tried so many decaf coffees but until I came upon I Love Decaf I'd almost given up on finding 'The One'. The Honduran decaf is sublime and the best coffee I've ever tasted. I've had to give up caffeine for health reasons even though I was only having one cup daily. Now I look forward to my cup (or two) of coffee every day. Oh .. and the smell when you open the bag. You can tell it's been freshly ground. Brilliant company - fast delivery too so this is one happy customer.

Lovely coffee, came quickly.

I have been trying to find a nice decaf coffee since I suddenly developed a problem with falling asleep. I finally gave up after I realised that all decaf is TRASH until I found this brand - ILoveDecaf. I am shocked at how much it tastes like normal coffee, and I am so happy I can enjoy my morning coffee again!

Lovely coffee and delivered in the timescale suggested so all good. Might be nice to have the order status change from "processing" to "dispatched" so we know progress is being made, only a small.thing though.

Purchased Natural Brasilia Swiss Water Decaf Coffee for my husband as he likes coffee with a hint of dark chocolate - really nice coffee and fast delivery.
Twice it hasn't shown on the website whether the coffee has been sent but customer services are always very helpful and quick to respond.

Nothing more to be said really, every bag of coffee has been excellent and always delivered promptly.

First time using ILoveDecaf - good products, good price and delivery was quick. Had a concern over part of the order, but instant (pretty much) email response - so great customer service as well. Would recommend.

Great selection of Decaf coffee, which is impossible to get from shops. Very quick delivery.
Flavours were excellent.
Unfortunately I bought for a new machine and chose the wrong grind for it. But I will definitely order again, with the right grind this time.

Wonderful company, easy and quick to use

Coffee is good but I can’t understand why they had to come in three different deliveries! One pack of coffee even came in a box which all three would have easily fit. What a waste of packaging and effort not to mention the carbon footprint.

I normally give I Love Decaf 5 stars. This time there there was a problem with my order (i.e. an item missing). I'm giving 4 stars because they dealt with this immediately I had informed them of the problem.

I've been buying the 250g Half DECAF, cafetiere grind. Only recently have I bought direct and I will continue to do this from now on as the process is easy, the selection is more obvious and it's competitively priced compared to other outlets. I feel the need for a boost in the morning sometimes but have felt like I'm overdoing it in the past. This product means I can have more than one cup without overload and I can't detect any loss or change of flavour. After a bit of minor research I am relieved to see that the Swiss water decaffeination process is used rather than the nasty chemical method which I assume will be used by anyone who doesn't state otherwise. It will stay fresh in the bag for quite a while if you don't have a more elaborate storage habit, particularly if you squeeze the air out before resealing. Keeps me going to lunchtime. Delivery timescales have been very reasonable for me, as advertised or sooner.
