Kickass
I love kickboxing is definitely life changing. The trainers go above and beyond to make sure you reach all of your goals, with challenging and intense workouts. They like to party and keep things interesting during our workouts. We are definitely a FAMBAM!!!

I love Kickboxing freaking ROCKS
I have tried every workout out there, and this is by far the best. The trainers motivate you and push you. They understand why you there and support you.

Great Workout=great reaults
I love "ilovekickboxingfriendswood" not because it's a great cardio workout or because the staff are wonderful. I love it because I have seen results!!! Since I started on May 5, I have lost 12 lbs and I don't don't about inches. But I do know that my pants are loose, so clearly this workout is working. I would recommend this class to anyone, any shape or size. You will not be disappointed!!!! I LOVE KICKBOXING!!!

I have waited to write a review of ilovekickboxing-Friendswood until I could share real results, not just an “I love it here, the people are so great” comment. They are great, but that is an added bonus. Your experience at ilovekickboxing is a very personal one. The owners and employees greet you with a smile every time and they know everyone by name. When they say “welcome to the family”, they mean it! I have been attending the gym for about three months now and I feel like I am in the best shape of my life. I am doing things I never thought possible and wearing clothes I never thought I would fit into. They let you progress at your own pace, stress form over power and vary the class plans so it does not get boring. As I look around the gym I see the physical change in so many of the members, it is an amazing and inspiring sight. Ilovekickboxing-Friendswood makes you want to come back every day. They make exercise fun. I feel like I am missing part of my day if I don’t make it to class. Hands down this is the best atmosphere I have ever worked out in.
