Good quality product but expensive
I like the quality of the product, but expected that because it was much more expensive than other wall mounted letter boxes.
There were no installation instructions whatsoever. A paper template for marking the position of the mounting holes would have been very useful.

Our focus is on build quality, durability, finish and long-term performance rather than producing a lightweight decorative product.
At the time, installation guidance was provided online rather than as a printed insert. Since then, we have refined and improved our installation support in response to customer feedback.
