Great communication and speedy shipping
I contacted Image To Suit You to check if they had the pair of boots I was after in stock. I received all reply’s via email within minutes. I place my order and the boots arrived 2 days later.

I decided to buy two embroidered…jackets for my business
I decided to buy two embroidered jackets with my business name and logo on, everything was done quickly and efficiently and jackets look brilliant.
This company was recommendation to me and I would definitely recommend them anyone who is looking for workwear with company names on.

Awful customer service ordered an item was supposed to be in stock after a month still nothing no emails or notifications finally told it would be another 3 months wait absolute joke of a company

I do apologize for the inconvenience caused. We take customer services / feedback very seriously to ensure that we can improve.
Looking into your order I can see you placed the order on the 24/12/22 in the evening. We had then broken up for the Christmas period and returned to work on the 3/01/23. Once the warehouse team notified that there had been a system error and we didn’t have the item available for you we tried to check our suppliers to see if we can get this in for you.
Unfortunately as they were also out of stock we contacted you to inform you that there stock would be coming in late. We issued a full refund right after you was notified.
Again we are very sorry for your experience . We have now done our stock take on this item to avoid this error from happening again.

Staff were really helpful and everyone loved the Xmas presents.
Will definitely use again for any other items I need embroidering

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, ordered item a month and a half ago, then to be told 3 weeks later the items are not in stock and still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later. Phoned 3 times and get told someone will ring you back but this never happens.

Waiting on two orders from this company, I have chased one of them twice now and when I phoned to chase another I was told I would receive a call back need less to say I haven’t heard back from anyone. I now have some very dissatisfied customers as their items are now very late and as I still haven’t got a answer from this company and don’t know if I need to reorder from elsewhere or if my items will ever turn up

Ordered 1 pair of CAT work boots from…
Ordered 1 pair of CAT work boots from their Amazon store (£116) in July 2021 by beginning of December 2021 thru are splitting and falling to pieces- we have been buying these boots for years and they usually last - so we contact them thru their Amazon store… to be told ‘as you’ve had them for 5 months nothing we can do’ THEN they do not respond any further and I’m unable to leave a review on Amazon as my order ‘is unable to be displayed’ how very convenient - a very sneaky & poor service - my advice - DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
