Homie has clearly checked out. The site is completely offline. No way to cancel. He used to answer messages on his site, like about a year ago, but now the site is gone, and I'm still getting charged even tho I decided to self host it instead (which was a major pain in the nuts, I cant lie). However at least I was able to add stuff he said he would someday add but never did (variants, auto-re-enable a disabled agent via api, etc).

He did refund me when I was being double charged, but for real it's time to pass the torch or throw in the towel my dude, let it die.

ZERO Customer Service, no response from email, or chat AVOID!

Fraud , spam , they do not refund and there is not cancel plan on app , so this is fraud , they even dont care about messages for refund

I subscribed to ImagineAPI with high hopes, but it’s been an absolute nightmare. After paying for a plan, the API never connected or worked as promised. I contacted support and requested a refund — they claimed it was processed, but it's been over a month and I still haven't received a single cent.

Their customer service is slow and unhelpful, and I’ve been left feeling completely scammed. There’s no transparency, no real accountability, and no working product. Avoid this service — it’s unreliable and feels like a total ripoff.

This company is a fraud, the product doesn't work and they have no button to cancel your subscription. I will have to contact my bank to notify them.

They completely ignore emails when there's a problem. It's obvious other customers are dealing with the same issues. This is infuriatingly unprofessional and outright dishonest. Find a better company. AVOID!!
