Daniel McCormick was fantastic. Very clear explained everything, answered our questions. We booked on 16th October and by 18th October had our Booking reference no and all our documents and itinerary. Have used Imagine Holidays before but this time was certainly most efficient. Quick, efficient, holiday booking
I did love the quick transaction in actually booking this holiday and Viran was particularly efficient and assisting.
In wanting to query something I did phone the number provided and within minutes everything was made clear.

Getting the booking organized and confirmed quickly was good but there was a sense of "stand over" tactics in getting the payment through when I insisted I would make the payments online from my account and not by cards.
The responses of all information, receipts, booking confirmation was prompt and reassuring

Helpful Service from Scott MacPhee.
Scott MacPhee was most helpful in obtaining extra information to help us decide on our holiday. He did not call us when promised re deposit but I was able to contact the Customer Service Dept and they too were helpful in finalising our second deposit and we are happy with everything up to now.
