Success
I had been on the lookout for this travel experience but with little success. A newspaper advertisement of a 2025 voyage contained the Italian Lakes and rail tours so it was worth following up. The response from Viran was so helpful that we were able to complete the travel agenda. Only criticism was the pressure to buy now without the weekend to confer with family members overseas left me feeling unhappy

Follow through was good. I did not get the return phone call as promised that night, but did receive a call back the following day. Explanations were clear and concise. Felt a little hurried when it came time to make payment, but was given sufficient explanation.

Staff on ambience all polite and helpful. Very disappointed in the old ship. Superior room with balcony very smal. We were led to believe bigger than averagel. Bathroom size of a caravan bathroom. Air conditioning very cold. Balcony very tiny. Furnishing average.
Food very average. Wont be paying gratuities. Beds comfirtable. Disappointed traveller's.

Great experience from Charles …
I had called a couple of times earlier to discuss and had also asked for a call back from a particular agent. But that call never came through. So I called again and spoke to Charles Denman and he was really really helpful in booking my tour explaining in details all the details. This made my experience great otherwise I was a bit disappointed when I did not receive a call back as requested.

Was just so easy to book, especially as it wasn’t face to face & our agent was ever so helpful, my only concern is that once you have booked & paid for your holiday your travelling companion cannot access the travel documents to put their details in, I believe this is being looked into by imagine holidays if this is the case I hope it will be done sooner than later
