We knew which cruise we wanted to take but were unsure of all the variations. Lisa explained the choices to us which really helped. We were told about the different cabins and the different restaurants. We booked our cruise and sent the details to my husband’s sister who also booked the same cruise with Lisa.

This is a review of the sales team and booking process which I could not fault. I dealt with Zoe over the phone and via numerous emails. She was very professional, informative and patient with me as I had numerous questions which she was able to answer well. We booked a land tour and cruise of Japan and the itinerary covers nearly all the sights we wish to see for a once in a lifetime trip. I have no reservations in recommending Imagine Cruising.
