They are very expensive and will charge you Kes 5000 to ship in perfume. Delivery is Kes 1000 in Nairobi. Crazy pricing. Please do not consider using them. Use Savostore or Aquantuo. Use them at your own peril!!

This place doesn’t exist. I drove 2 hours to Staten Island to ship stuff to Kenya, the place is storage place.There is no shipping company here (330 Tompkin Ave, Staten Island NY) I have called there phone number countless times , no one picks up. Please don’t waste your time

Worst Customer Service ever! Not only do they hide charges, but when you raise a query, they are rude, act as if you are a bother, and it's a favour they are doing you. They do not state that laptops, phones, PS5 controllers, or any item with a lithium battery will incur an extra fee that you will be surprised with on your invoice at the point of collection. And no, I'm not talking about shipping a battery on its own, as it's a prohibited item.

Used them in the past no problems. This time I informed them of my address change. They shipped to the old address. Contacted them to have them change the address with the courier. They refused and told me to take it up with the courier themselves, which I did. Then came the passive aggressive, I can not find your address nonsense, so they ultimately ended up not delivering the package. This is one of those businesses that believes they are doing you a favor by delivering competent customer service. The believe that you need them more than they need you. I am in the process of getting my money back. I would never use them again and would advise others to do the same.

I have shipped with Imail before small parcels this time round I shipped a box of clothes and they said it weighed about 23kilos. I paid up and once it was delivered it didn't feel like 20 kilos even so I weighed it myself and it was 13.9 kilos. Was so shocked and contacted Imail but they left me on read. Such a disappointing experience. Never shipping with them again.
