Actual scammers. Will not let you cancel no matter what. Cancel page will not load, if you message support or email them you will not get a reply. Once I attempted to cancel they start charging $289 and I had to cancel my card after trying to cancel for literal months on end.

Good thing is I used my virtual credit card! Hahahaha! I cancelled my subscription but every week I got email like "payment to ImgCreator Limited was unsuccessful". Well hell yeah it is unsuccessful because I closed the credit card muhahaha!!! This dudes still trying to scalp money about 5 months! I'm not kidding 5 months and every week they're trying to debiting money from my card.

Do not subscribe to this site. Total scammers who just take payments and no way to cancel

Stripe are just as bad for allowing this to happen and no way to cancel with them either.

Paid for Basic Plan. Did not receive monthly credits. I had to get a new Debit Card to keep from getting charged again. There is no Customer Service. Called the phone number twice. No one answered. They did not follow up. Emailed them multiple times with success. Save your money.

Paid for the 'Boss' package. It still only generates 4 images at a time, not 8 as advertised. It's super slow to generate too. Hours pass and still no final results as most of the time is spent waiting. The AI changes the backgrounds but sometimes cuts your object out roughly so you can see the jagged edge of your object, which makes it obvious that the object is in a fake setting. Sometimes it actually blurs or warps your object, especially if you use the 'remove' tool or 'generative fill' tool on the image.

Even being on the 'Boss Package' which supposedly has no queues, i'm still waiting in queues and prompted to upgrade to skip the queue, but it shows i'm on 'Boss Package' in account settings. The site is buggy too, sometimes it doesn't upload your image, or it just loads forever.

Website states "No refunds", and the support is literally non-existent. Just one person shows as support in the live chat but never ever responds and it's been weeks since my original message. I don't recommend, this is a scam. The creator gets paid, the person paying gets scammed out of their money.

SCAMMERS. Totally fake "company", only built with the idea of scamming people. They RE-SUBSCRIBE YOU after you cancel your subscription and keep on debiting your card forever. Your subscription always stays active no matter how many times you cancel. I don't know why #stripe keeps this merchant??? Never subscribe to their services, and if you did, open the dispute with your bank and your card issues ASAP. Also dispute and mark as fraud in Stripe.

I payed 60 USD for a Boss account and it change nothing. Money is gone from my acc and i dont have premium options.

Very inaccurate and involves waiting in a queue for an image to be created. I just want 1 image, not to wait in a queue of 1198 images. 1 IMAGES WAS ALL I ASKED FOR

Does not work properly half the time I tried to use it over the last few weeks. Credits charged for images that make no sense - not realistic at all. Plan specs changing on the fly. Signed up with a special for unlimited credits...then reverts after signup a week or so later to limited credits - Today, the app is not even working - trying to swap a background out and after 10 minutes it has not generated a background. Generally speaking, not reliable and they change what you get in a plan after signup - at least they did with me. Lastly, compared to other plans, way to expensive for an unreliable app to produces mediocre results 80% of the time (E.g. backgrounds for a living room or house interior always render out with 2 fireplaces in BG - and similar issues - makes it useless).

Lastly, purchased the Pro plan so I could accelerate renders and speed up the process. However, when I click accelerate it is not available and says I have to upgrade - ??? Such a poor backend - when I check my account, it says I am on the Pro plan but with many of the Pro features not working.

I initially use this app to generate AI art, but then I found out it's powerful in generating realistic photos. SO I use it for my blog post, really nice tool!
