Imhpackaging Avis

5 stars! Frank at IMH Packaging was awesome. The boxes came out looking great — super clean and professional. Plus, I got my order way faster than expected. Definitely ordering from him again!

The experience was great from start to finish. I had multiple revisions and Carl was quick to get it done. I’m very happy with the finished product!

So, the person who calls himself "Carl Smithson" (the generic sounding name was a HUGE red flag) has a heavy Indian accent and the call to the 312 area code sounded like it was connected to an oversees number. NONE of this aligns with the Chicago address of his Scandinavian sounding name. I would STAY FAR FAR AWAY from them! Sounds like a scam!

My experience with IMH Packaging has been fantastic. My sales rep, Carl, is always very responsive and so helpful in the process. They give peace of mind in this process and I'm very grateful.

My experience with IMH packaging has been smooth and beyond happy that I found this company. They are responsive, quick, and efficient. I have nothing but best experience working with IMH packaging team, in particular Carl!

It was such a pleasure working with IMH Packaging! Placing my order was easy and without any stress. The delivery came in faster than I expected for a custom product. The sales Rep that assisted me, Carl, did an amazing job. Followed through with my requests, and kept me updated. I will definitely be working with them from now on.

Carl Smithson was very helpful in helping me select the best box for our project.

I love working with Frank Tyson and the team at IMH. We have used other companies in the past and either the quality or the service was lacking. When we found IMH we got great service, pricing and a high quality product. We have used them for our last three projects and will continue to use them.

Jared was phenomenal and the boxes looked amazing! Thank you!

A fantastic experience. It’s not easy to create the packaging and boxes for a brand new product and Jared worked hard to bring us the BEST value. Highly recommended. Quality Boxes!! 💕😊

We are very proud of the quality and the result. I just want to thank you for the fast and excellent services and for your patience. Thank you very much!

Quick response, fast business processing, affordable price, high quality, strong recommendation

Well what a nightmare, I have replied emails to these guys on 3 occasions to "Jared" with yes great send me a quote, each time he just ignores me, so, they cannot even respond to a sales enquiry, and they are certainly NOT in the UK!!! Bullet dodged there I think!

Ordered some custom printed packaging and was delighted with the quick response and fast delivery. Well done IMH.

Do not be fooled by their website thinking they are based in the UK.

We ordered from them thinking that the printing and boxes were being done in the UK. It was only after receiving phone calls and emails from FedEx stating that they are holding parcels for us due to issues at customs with them.

After so many messages we are still being told that this situation will be sorted and we will receive our order however we have still not heard anything and so if nothing is received by the end of the week we will be contacting our bank and also trading standards.

This review will be amended if the good are received in good order.

Best Product and customer services. Mir is excellent to deal with.

Easy, Quick, and Great help
Adam Gabriel was the rep that helped me. He was friendly and great to work with. Thanks on behave of Atman Organics!

Chris was wonderful! His service was great! We received the order even faster than expected! Product looks great! Will definitely use again!
