My husband and I recently had a consultation regarding our relocation to Portugal with Aleksandra. Before the meeting, we researched thoroughly and prepared a list of questions to address. I found the consultation to be both comprehensive and professional. As a result, we now have a detailed list of tasks and documents to prepare, making our plan much more precise and easier to schedule. I hope that Aleksandra will continue as our manager in the next stages once we've completed our initial preparations.

I’m beyond grateful for the incredible service I received. All the advices was not only professional and knowledgeable but also impressively fast. They handled everything with such efficiency that the entire process moved quicker than I ever expected. What could have been a stressful and confusing journey was made smooth and manageable thanks to their clear guidance and constant support. I felt well-informed and cared for at every step. I can’t really call this “assistance”, it’s more like occasional clarifications when you raise questions. If you don’t ask, your assistant will stay silent the entire time until you get your residence permit. There are no proactive explanations, no suggestions of different scenarios. Saving you costs isn’t their goal. They just silently follow one standard approach they use for everyone, without considering your individual situation or any nuances. Although in my case there were nuances.

They show no respect for your time. We sat idle for a couple weeks when we could have already submitted the application, all our documents were ready. If you don’t push them, they will never take the initiative or do anything first.

Price. Several hundred euros just for online actions (like registering a sole proprietorship online or submitting the residence permit application online). They they don’t go to any offices and don’t need language skills, so I just can't justify that price.

When I complained, they told me "Buy the full package, and then you’ll get an individual approach" — for several thousand euros for a family. I am not sure the approach would be somewhat different though.

This was my first and hopefully last experience dealing with such helpers. It only confirmed to me that if you want something done properly, you’d better do it yourself. In the end, you’ll save both your money and your nerves.

Session with Ilya was very informative and helpful. I feel optimistic about further partnership and overalll result.

переехал в Португалию с помощью IMIGRATA, и, честно, ребята просто супер. С самого начала - всё чётко: быстро подобрали подходящий проф курс, оформили визу, выслали весь пакет документов, ничего самому выдумывать не пришлось. Визу получил буквально за две недели и в путь)
Уже на месте тоже не подвели: сделали NIF, помогли записаться в AIMA, выбили слот быстро, а это не так-то просто. И через 4 месяца (или чуть больше 90 рабочих дней) я уже держал в руках свой внж) прислали прямо на адрес, удобно.
Сейчас уже занимаемся воссоединением семьи, и они продолжают помогать. Поддержка реально работает, курсы, кстати, тоже очень крутые всё на английском, легко и понятно, при чем в онлайн (раз в месяц или два хожу лично в центре Порту). В целом, опыт суперский, и с имиграта можно смело работать)
