The counseling was as helpful and informative as possible. The counselor explained topics that I did not know about before. A work plan was drawn up. After this consultation I can confidently submit documents to the visa center myself, as I received enough information. I recommend using the service, even if you do not know what to ask, they will tell you everything.

Great experience overall, all the heavy lifting was on their shoulders, assisted in all steps of the application process, which eventually resulted in obtaining the residence permit in Spain.

Супер доволен результатом. В интернете очень много контор, которые предлагают решить вопрос со справкой о несудимости с апостилем за считанные дни и не требуют доверенности. Только вот там либо с отзывами беда, либо договора нет, либо оплаты по карте, в общем, все подозрительно. I needed a Russian police certificate (справка о несудимости из РФ) without bothering a power of attorney. All the companies I looked at, were super suspicious, Imigrata was really different - we signed a digital agreement detailing exactly the services/ price and how many days it would take. All throughout the process, communication was courteous and timely, they never left me hanging. Best of all, the certificate was acquired and mailed to Yerevan even before the committed date. The company helped me to obtain Portuguese residence permit as a student. Оформлял вместе с имигратой ВНЖ Сербии через ИП и ВНЖ Испании по номаду.
В целом, всё было отработано чётко, оба ВНЖ были получены в адекватные сроки. Помогают со сбором документов, отвечают на вопросы. Договор заключается очень адекватный. Из минусов - не всегда четкая и понятная коммуникация, но это скорее влияет на опыт в моменте чем на конечный результат. Также важно правильно сформировать ожидания - они не совсем под ключ всё делают. Документы вы всё равно сами собираете, они помогают их проверить, пишут что и как нужно сделать, но не получится заплатить и просто забыть (как обычно делается с шенгеном)

I have learned about IMIGRATA from an ad on Youtube. They were among several candidates that I was considering. After a few consultations, I decided to proceed with my immigration using their services.

The primary obstacle in my case was the requirement to obtain a long-term Schengen visa. (I am a Russian citizen unwilling to visit Russia, which is a complex case). Unfortunately, they (or, more precisely, their partners) ultimately proved unable to help in this regard. Therefore, after an unsuccessful attempt, I was forced to proceed on my own, using other means.

The guys helped me obtain a visa and then a residence permit in Portugal. They were maximally client-oriented and flexible in determining the services I needed. It seems the company has many local contractors, so I didn't bother myself with how exactly the process unfolds step by step; the main thing is that I got a positive result. There were a couple of unexpected moves by the unpredictable Portuguese bureaucratic machine, which the guys resolved quite quickly and efficiently. As far as I understand, in my case, the process went relatively fast: the step between key points of the path — applying for a visa, receiving a visa, registration with immigration, waiting for the residence card — took roughly 2 months for each stage.
