I'm super satisfied with ImmediateAnnuiites.com. The people there are very helpful and will go to great lengths to answer all your questions and make the process as easy as possible. Its not difficult to get a hold of them too and you can work with a single individual there if you like. They may not advertise it much and seem to focus on SPIAs and DIAs but they have many MYGAs to choose from which are very competitive. They are my go to for them. I think they are more honest than some of the competitors. They don't advertise unrealistic rates to draw you in that turn out to be simple interest rates that seem high but pay less compared to some lower interest rates that are compounded differently. I like honest and upfront and that's what they provide.

My original annuity was about to expire after seven years. I originally purchased it through Hersh & Ariel Stern (now Immediate Annuities). I contacted them to find a new annuity company and they already had my information available. We reviewed the available annuities and I was able to choose one that suited my needs. They very efficiently handled all the required paperwork between my old annuity company and the new one. I was kept in the loop during this transitional period by the staff at Immediate Annuities. I am a repeat client and will be again when my current annuity matures. High praises for this professional group.

Worked hard to earn our trust
We wanted to thank John Mulvaney and Immediate Annuities for taking great care of us in establishing an annuity. It is a nervous time finally confronting retirement and shopping for an annuity can compound the stress. But John stepped up to the plate big time guiding us through many questions that arose during the application process and following up until the annuity was successfully approved. This is the latest of several experiences I've had with immediateAnnuities over the past probably 35 years. The person I would deal with would change over the years (Hersh, Kyle, Adam) but every single time I've been well satisfied with using them. I'm kept well informed of what is about to occur, what is occurring and the result. On more than one occasion they have been a great go-between for issues I thought I may have had with the insurance company. I get the impression that they care about me as a customer.

I bought a five-year SPIA from…
I bought a five-year SPIA from MassMutual through Immediate Annuities (IA). IA staff (John) were very helpful and kept me informed and followed up consistently as the application process proceeded. Forms from IA were straightforward and simple to complete. A glitch occurred with MassMutual which IA promptly and judiciously handled. Even before my experience, I had recommended IA to others because I think an SPIA is the only annuity worth purchasing. Most annuities are simply costly investment vehicles wrapped up in an insurance policy.
An SPIA from IA is a wonderful solution to my problem. I wanted a tern-limited annuity with a guaranteed monthly deposit to fund the care of my spouse who had moved to a memory care residence. The current interest rate environment was quite favorable, and the annuity is simply a very useful tool to manage a regular monthly cash flow issue that I could rely on for the next five years. I was totally satisfied with the quality of service I received from IA, and will continue to recommend them to others.

From Uncertainty to Peace of Mind
Three years ago, at age 74, as a widow with no prior experience in annuities, I found myself trying to navigate a world that felt complicated and overwhelming.
