I had a great experience with Immediate Annuities. I had gone to the website several times over a year or so then finally decided to call. The agent was very helpful and I went ahead and started the application process. I am so glad I did! Everything went off without a hitch. I will use them again in the future if I need another annuity.

I had a unique situation and we worked with Steve Kennedy who helped us with possible options. Other staff were really helpful and courteous and genuine, too. Didn’t feel pressured into purchasing an annuity.

The primary strengths of the company…
The primary strengths of the company are its website and communications. The website allows easy comparisons between the best available rates for a wide variety of highly-rated companies. Transparency is apparent throughout the process. The follow-up communications are excellent throughout the entire process as well, keeping you informed as your app reaches the different levels of receipt and approval. The area that I believe could use improvement is product knowledge. I assumed that the reps would know the answers to basic questions I had about policy provisions since their primary business seems to be SPIAs. However, many times, they had to look up the info to familiarize themselves first before being able to answer. More in-depth training on product knowledge would have moved my review from 4 to 5 stars. Nevertheless, I would still choose to use this company's services again if purchasing another SPIA.

I found Immediate Annuities via the Financial Columnist Clark Howard, as I subscribe to his Advice Column. I was new to Annuities, and had never considered making such a purchase Online. However, Immediate Annuities was recommended by Clark Howard in one of his Columns discussing Annuities, and so I decided to reach out to them!
I can say that I found Immediate Annuities to be one of the Best Companies that I have ever had the pleasure to work with! Very Responsive - VERY transparent
I contacted Immediate Annuities via e-mail and got very prompt responses from Kyle B. I then spoke to him, at length. He mailed out my application overnight and the packet was very informative. During my phone call, Kyle answered all of my questions and was extremely transparent in explaining the process.
