The product MoveOn does help with my joint pain. However, a recent shipment arrived as a totally empty box - obviously stolen, with the box re-sealed.

I order 2 boxes to assure I have it time to alleviate my knee pain it did not work for me when I called the company for refund as it is promised in their website they told me refunds are only available when you subscribe on your second order yet in the website, you can clearly see that it gives to one time purchase and then right underneath the 30 days money back they told me that sorry if it was deceiving I told him it’s not clearly advertise because the money back is right under the one time purchase therefore I say stay away from it.

Does absolutely nothing. The company is fine. They ship their MoveOn product in really nice boxes (Apple Quality). The taste is good but the “dose” is about 1/8th of a shot glass per “serving”. They do aggressive advertising with slick professionally marketed photos and videos. Their page is filled with sham reviews of the miracle product. It does NOTHING. You simply can not regrow cartilage as they claim. It’s scientifically impossible. One box has 16 doses. That means you need two boxes per month. The cost is exorbitant and this company is just raking in money for a product that does nothing.

This is a 'product' that claims to be a natural cure for joint pain. A pleasant tasting beverage that you drink your way to pain free joint mobility. $145 later for a 3 month supply, this product is not shipped from within the US as is claimed, it is shipped from Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. And the contents are apparently not allowed in the US. My package was seized at customs the moment it arrived in the USA. Seized means that it was seized and will not be processed or returned, it is seized and destroyed. This product is not allowed in the USA it seems, or the package contents wre not properly described to allow customs to properly evaluate for entry to the US.
Repeated contact requests to customer service have gone ignored. After repeatedly tagging their facebook page I finaly got one response from a rep that said "OMG we are so sorry, we will issue you a refund and expedite that". A month later nothing and I've inquired many times without a single reply.
Still have an active facebook page but they simply do not respond and are happy to just keep your $$.
