If I could give. 0 I would. The unit never worked properly from the start. I have spent a weeks explaining the problem as well as sending them videos but I only get responses like, did I charge the battery, is the roller full of material, etc. The base just won’t turn left or right.
Finally, after weeks of explaining, the rep responds that she has to go back and review the situation. There is NO phone number to reach anyone. DO NOT BUY A MOOSOO!!!!! You will regret it!

Battery dead after only a year. The customer service said it’s all our fault to leave the vacuum on the charging dock, so it’s overcharged.
If the vacuum shouldn’t put on the dock, where should it put on? What’s the dock for?

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage! Only used it a hand full of times on hard wood floors and the motor quit. I contacted customer service, no help at all!! Would not one time good will vacuum. Apparently the motor is a known problem. They sell the motors separately yet they are out of stock. GO FIGURE! P.S. the USA@imoosoo dot com email address is not USA at all. actually Chinese. Buyer beware!

I bought a cordless vac through Amazon with a 1 year warranty. Used sparingly and before the year was up the vacuum stopped working. Moosoo said they could not replace it because Amazon had them frozen. They said I needed to go through Amazon to get a refund/replacement. Amazon said work through Moosoo for the same. Seems I’m stuck with a barely used $130 Moosoo cordless vac that doesn’t work!!!
The company is unresponsive to emails
The company is unresponsive to emails. I have emailed them multiple times without getting a response. I have purchased 3 cordless vacuums from them and will not purchase another product as their customer service is lacking. Do yourself a favor and look at another brand.
Vacuum failed and got no support.
The vacuum I bought worked well, but not very long. When Moosoo was finally convinced it was broken, they said tough luck. Go back to the store where you bought it, which I did with no satisfaction. Basically, it would appear their products work fine out of the box, but that's it. No longevity and no customer support.
I bought the U19
I bought the U19. The floor brush failed after a few months. Got a replacement machine. That floor brush failed in a month. They want me to take a 20% refund. I bought a different Moosoo model from Walmart. It failed to even turn on after a month. That refund is going nowhere fast. DO NOT BUY A MOOSOO PRODUCT.
EDIT: Check their return policy. Zero responsibility for their failed products. Good luck!

Recently purchased vacuum. Their customer car was very understanding when I reported the lost package issue, they located it with UPS and delivered next day. Awesome service and product!

Absolutely terrible customer service. They do not allow returns or exchanges. Difficult to work with and I will never buy from them again.
RIPOFF! Moosoo Air Fryer
Purchased Moosoo Air Fryer. Before warranty expired it died. Contacted company who stated warranty would replace air fryer but never happened. After many emails saying it was Amazon's responsibility, would I take a reduced refund, etc, etc I was basically told "Tough Luck!" I am unable to located a mailing address in the USA that I could send small claims action too. A friend of mine bought the same air fryer with the same result.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My cordless vacuum broke after six months. The company admitted the motor was defective and said they shipped a new replacement motor. After two months of going back and forth, never receiving the motor they told me to contact Amazon. They said they couldn’t replace it. They obviously had no intention of ever sending it and just kept giving me answers that were not truthful.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
Terrible company to do business with. Vacuum Cleaner broke within 6 months. Company did not stand behind warranty. They offered to replace it after I sent a video, however, they claimed they were out of stock and didn't expect shipment for a few months. They would not give me my money back so I could purchase a replacement. Amazon took it back at a considerable financial loss.

Illegitimate Business Practices
Back in June, I purchased a vacuum from this company that did not hold a charge for more than 2 minutes. It's now August 7th and I have many many emails trying to get a refund. BE CAREFUL. They convinced me to withdraw my dispute with my credit card company. Once a dispute has been withdrawn, it cannot be reopened. So I tried my best to work with this merchant for the past two months. They provided many excuses for not issuing a refund. That they couldn't find my FEDEX tracking number, that I didn't provide the tracking number to them, and most recently, my credit card is blocking a refund from being issued by this merchant ( not true ). I talked to my credit card company and they confirmed nothing is "blocking" this merchant from issuing a refund. Given the other reviews I have read here on Trustpilot, I'm pretty sure this is a scam company who tries to WEAR YOU DOWN with endless email correspondence and calls that go nowhere. Well, I didn't give up. I have reported this is as fraudulent, which it is and have cancelled my card. That was my last recourse. I hope this helps other people to stay away from this company and not run into the frustration I have.
