Strong and refreshing mints
The tins are nice and attractive specially this neha art edition, but the mints taste is too strong for me, personally I liked the cola flavors which is my favorite. But yeah as mentioned this mints are bit strong they are actually quite refreshing.

The packaging is so cool
The packaging is so cool , specially the DC edition , all the favours taste fabulous , like there the perfect action perfect flavour , also one more thing which appreciate is that the flavourings are non-artificial, unlike other mints available . I'm Truly a fan of impact mints

I cancelled my order and I got an email that my order has been cancelled but still it got delivered to my home . Such a shit service.

Hi Madhav, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We had already requested our delivery partner to cancel the shipment, but unfortunately the order was still delivered due to an operational issue at the delivery partner's end, which happens very rarely.
As this was a COD order, the package was accepted and paid for at the time of delivery. You or the person receiving the package could have confirmed the order status before making the payment. We kindly request customers to double-check before accepting COD orders.
Please note that we are not a delivery or logistics company ourselves and rely on third-party courier partners for deliveries. Nevertheless, we completely understand your frustration and truly regret the inconvenience caused.

My delivery failed and they did not reinitiate my order i have paid them but they didnt still refund me they have just ghosted me competely worst customer care i dont really understand how can they ghost their customers

As a resolution, we have initiated the refund process, and the amount should reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.
