A couple of months ago I booked a ticket from Nairobi Airport to Arusha for 26/7 at 8.30 a.m. But the bus never showed up. After a couple of hours an agent from the company at the airport said sometimes they will not enter the airport, but you have to wait along the highway. Nobody told me anything, real bad service. The agent said to put me on the 2 pm bus, he would take me to the highway on time. All of a sudden I had to get in a taxi that took me to the highway were the bus would be waiting. But the agent had acted to late and the bus left before my eyes. Only because the taxi drive did his best, I could jump in.

Absolutely unacceptable service. We booked a bus ticket from Mombasa to Nairobi for 10:00 AM, but the tickets sent to us showed 10:00 PM instead. This created a serious travel problem for us, and when we tried to get it resolved, we were simply ignored. No real help, no solution, and no willingness to take responsibility. Communication was slow, unhelpful, and frustrating throughout. A travel company should be reliable and transparent — this was neither. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
