The First Aid course was excellent. The instructor Khidr, was friendly and patient, always eager to answer all my questions, which made the learning experience more comfortable and engaging. His clear explanations and helpfulness gave me confidence in handling emergencies in the future. Great materials and a very engaging and interesting pair of trainers.

It was a very good experience. Communication was clear and effective. The teaching materials used were also very straightforward and easy to understand. During the training, the instructor consistently used relevant examples to aid comprehension and effectively addressed all our questions. This was the best first aid training I have ever had.
