Imperial Trader Funding Avis 

Imperial Trader Funding works fine for single leg options, but the fills when entering and exiting multi-leg strategies is often off. About 10% of the time. The daily loss limit doesn't work. I left losers open thinking it would close my positions on my 50K Foundation Account, but it didn't. Not sure why they advertise a daily loss limit when it doesn't work.

Of all the prop firms I've used this one ranks the lowest. They do have customer support that interacts with you instead of AI but the individual isn't able to make bigger decisions, so they are still hiding behind customer no support. I had 2 spreads 1 call and 1 put, 200 points otm on the call and 400 points otm put. 43 dte on spx, less then 2 hours into the trade there software risk management system closed my positions saying the market moved around 8 points since opening and that both my positions went negative. The higher up people ignored all data I presented and said that their system is accurate and fair. Look for other option prop firms that actually work with their customers. There are some really great ones out there, you can find them by looking at other reviews by me. This site did have potential but they blew it with customer no support and taking over 3 weeks of persistent nudging to get a response and they didn't even give one, they handed it off to the grunt so they didn't have to show any effort or respect for the client.

They operate using their own platform, which leads to significant issues and manipulation; I submitted plenty of evidence of this. Furthermore, I received an incomplete payment; they acknowledged the error and promised to send the remainder, yet more than two months have passed without them doing so. Today, when I messaged them on Discord—since they weren't answering emails or sending the money—they suspended me from the server. They got tired of the excuses for not sending it, and I got tired of waiting too; the truth needs to be told about how they operate.

So far it’s good. I get the simplicity it has for options buying and selling. However, I give it 4 stars because it does not allow level 4 options trading when it comes to selling. Once this gets fixed then it’s a definite 5 stars.

This is the only one firm which allows to do option sell with one time purchase.
Other firms allows but monthly payment required which is a huge pressure so this is the best thing i like about imperial TF. There are many rules and following everything sometime it being very difficult to take trade especially activity rule but i made a ticket and explaining my major problem and they paused the rule now I can take trade with less pressure and their support team always answer my questions-doubts and solve my issues.But I don’t know about payouts, only one moth has passed using this firm but right now they hv solved my major issues and help me to clarify everything.

All places you trade at are going to have technical issues, but its about how they treat you when those issues happen. That is where Imperial has been great, they have went above and beyond in those situation. The communication have been great. I have received multiple payouts from them. I highly recommend trading with imperial.

Another satisfied customer. Easy to use, an excellent trading platform with timely stock market data information, a definitely recommended platform for stock market.

I opened a 2 step eval for $100,000 and i sell options and thats why i deliberately chose the EOD trailing. I am still not sure what kind of calc they did and closed my account saying i lost $8000 in middle of day which is just a complete and nonsensical lie. Then they explained me even if i bought EOD trailing , I am not protected by intraday trailing stops. Not sure what the heck it means. Complete scam, stay away.

Enjoyed the platform usage. There are some bugs but the support team are quick to respond and help. I've just submitted my very first payout with them and excited to see it hit the bank!

I like the challenge, but I believe it needs to improve its tools and charts. Overall everything is legit

Looking for a prop firm that allowed swing trading and came across Imperial! While I haven't traded options on it yet, I like the interface for buying and selling equities, Overnight holds allow for capturing greater moves rather than navigating entries and exits intraday as other prop firms require flattening positions by days end. The only option I would love to see in the future is extended hours and pre market trading for equities!!!!

Been using this prop for a couple weeks now. Experience has been smooth and any minor issues has been quickly resolved by their customer support team.

Very good experience, with their first brokerage platform. Quick trading, fast payouts. They were reasonable and still paid out even if I didn't fully respect the sizing rules.
The latest brokerage platform is a bit of a mess, but they are working assiduously improving it. But they still do payouts efficiently, its just the tech that is harming the experience a bit.

Easy to use and constantly improving. Service reliability is the only issue as the platform can disconnect occasionally

Had my doubts, but since I took the plunge with these guys the support has been really good and clear with me on instructions and issues I experienced. I had a few, but since the new platform, wow. World of a difference. Transitioned to LIVE and I can't say I've had unpleasant surprises since!

My experience with Imperial Trader Funding has been extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about their business practices.

I successfully passed their evaluation process and paid the required $80 fee to receive a funded account. However, shortly after being funded—and without even placing a single trade—my account was suddenly terminated.

There was no clear explanation, no warning, and no evidence of any rule violation on my part. This lack of transparency and fairness is unacceptable, especially after requiring payment from traders who meet their criteria.

Based on my experience, I strongly question the legitimacy of Imperial Trader Funding. Traders should be very cautious before investing time and money into this firm.

I would not recommend this company unless they significantly improve their communication, transparency, and treatment of their traders.

I’m shocked to see so many negative reviews. My experience has been great. I think they’ve ramped up their support and my experience has been positive.

Imperial funding has an amazing response team that is super responsive. Their payout and platform is very smooth 10/10 recommend.

Hope they get shut down soon.

I opened a prop account for $100,000. I failed the demo period because of their policy on a 0.5% change in value every 3 days. I have a problem with this company because of the way their demo account is setup, they make it impossible to pass the damo period. They do not allow extended hours trading in premarket or after hours and do not allow shorting. I am short biased, so that is just how I trade in my real account. They have a 4 minute delay from the real time and sales and the chart. The web browser has a spinning wheel switching between tabs and trying to enter orders for about 10 seconds. Having to switch between the tabs and enter values in all the fields then switch to other tabs to look at my open orders, it's annoying to a point where I just can't even trade. On top of that it's paper, so it's taken out of my time I could be trading in my real account. I don't think it's worth the approximately $500 to open and I don't want to pay $200 more to have it reset or re-opened. They need to fix their demo platform to make it possible to trade the same as the real version. I'd consider them a scam company after this experience.
