Imperial Visas are simply the best, they have turned a hopeless situation for me into Reality. 2 years ago I decided to use Imperial Visas after coming across the good reviews they got from this same website. We were in situation where we thought there was absolutely no way for me to remain in this country with my wife and now 2 kids. I have also known people that have been ripped off by other solicitors so I was very careful in choosing the right person to offer us some advice.

After speaking with them, we were expecting them to say that there was "no way" for us as that is what the home office told us when we had called to inquire. But they never said that it was over for us and they never give up on us. They give us their opinions and our options and we decided to go ahead with them straight away, we never regret that decision.

I recently used the company to check and prepare all the documents for the settlement visa for my wife. The caseworker who prepared my case was very helpful and quick in responding to me calls or emails. In some occasions, as I matter of emergency I needed advice and checking up papers. The caseworker agreed to meet me in person outside working hours to make sure everything was correct and in the right order. He also kept regular contact with me and the Home Office while the application was under process.

After 10 weeks since submitting the documents, my wife was granted a 2 year and 10 months visa.

I dont suggest to work with this company. Cause once i helped friend to pay money after few days they took more money from my account without permission. When i contacted them that they dont have my signature or agreement for such actions they refused to return my money. So till that day they stoled my money and dont even thinking of returning them back. So befor u will start to use this company think twice if u wanna loose koney for nothing. They doing criminals things and dont even thinking of apologise.

Imperial Visas gave an excellent service for my ILR processing, answering all queries and offering proper advice in gathering supporting documents. My case was not that simple due to break in continuous period. Team have done great job to achieve success. I strongly recommend to all my friends.

I had my husbands visa refused from a solicitor but Imperial Visas helped me from day one and finally for my husband in the UK. Imperial visa offers a "no visa no fee" service.

Signed a contract on the 6th of Feb 2014 with this clauses.

Also promised a 3 day return of funds on rejection.

Almost 2 months on from rejection imperial visa have made no effort to contact me, or respond to any of my recorded letters.

However, oisc regulators have warned imperial visas of the following practice:

" like to take this opportunity to issue practice points to Imperial Visas and remind you of your obligations to satisfy Codes 9, 12 and Rule 11, which state:

Code 9: An adviser must always act in their client’s best interests and put their interests before the adviser’s own, subject to regulatory and legal requirements.

Code 12: An adviser must not abuse their position in respect of a client or take any advantage of the client’s vulnerability.

Rule 11: A registered adviser must not take unfair advantage of the client by overcharging for work done or to be done for them. They must not charge a fee that is unreasonable given the circumstances of the case."

They have advised them to return our full £4000, yet imperial visas have made no effort to do so.

I kindly advice you do not sign any contracts with Imperial visas and request imperial visa to stop blocking our comments as it shows they are in the wrong.

This may be a long case, but I have the patience and believe that God is just.

My case was quite complicated, I made an application that was refused as I did not submit the right documentation for my visa application. I had very limited time to sort out my visa as my sponsor needed a valid visa as soon as possible and requested that I go home and sort it out. My best friend recommended Imperial Visas, who were able to make an appointment for me at the Home office (same day service) as soon as possible, and considering that its almost impossible to get a same day service immediately, they dedicated their time and made sure they secured an appointment for me as soon as possible to avoid the stress and trouble of going back home, my visa was granted the same day (date of the appointment). The whole process took about 3 weeks. This served me the trouble of going back home.
