Good source of the supplies needed to keep vehicles looking good. Bought lots of stuff over the years always good service and fast delivery.

Fast delivery excelent new house for Kärcher pressure washer just what I needed. Orinal hose was just too stiff and plasticky.

I ordered a quick release short trigger gun which, unfortunately, did not have the correct adapter for my hose. I emailed late on a Friday afternoon and was surprised to get a phone call soon after to clarify what adapter I needed. I was sent out the correct fitting and when I called to make my payment, I was told I would not have to pay! This was most unexpected but much appreciated! The customer service was second to none and I would have no hesitation in using this company again!

A well built sprayer, which feels solid. Easy to pump up to full pressure and used it to spray citrus pre-wash over the whole car. Needed a few pumps to maintain the pressure as I went round the car, but no big deal. Quick delivery from in2Detailing, which was great.

I made a mistake with the connector but was helped by Imran who talked me through the types of connector and helped me give the measurements he needed to get the correct part. Refund experiences

13th April received my returns signed hussein 13.38pm, previously said over the phone he doesn’t get involved with the refund side of things, not my first rodeo experiences with this company, for the sake of a meer £40, today is Sunday 19th April, just checked if I missed any email notifications for refund and what do you know it’s a no. Absolutely tired of the refund process from the company period.

Beware if you changed your mind over a 30-day guarantee money-back policy. Be aware to sit back with no interaction.

Great service delivered on time, only problem was the tyre dressing applicators I ordered were a bit squashed when I opened the box but only a minor thing really still able to use them
