Oh my gosh I have been having the same problem that I see people on here having too, apparently for the last 8 years! I get to the $50 threshold, I work my ass off forever and ever, and I request payment and they flash that stupid verification number that you can't find anywhere they don't answer their customer service support tickets and I don't know what to do besides just give up. does anybody have this phone number and has anyone actually gotten paid?

It has taken me nearly 2 FULL YEARS to finally achieve the $50 threshold necessary in order to actually withdrawal my earnings. Earnings that I myself and no one else worked hard for. Upon redeeming I immediately had a window pop up stating that in order to receive my $50 PayPal payment I would need to call the number listed below to complete a verification process. This was over 4 months ago and I've yet to receive the $50 because that was the ONLY instance where this "verification" phone number was provided or listed. There is no mention of this verification phone line within the terms and services info page nor the FAQs. I have since opened 5 separate tickets labeled "critical" within their support page and not one single ticket has ever received a response. My $50 redemption remains in the "requested" status where I'm assuming it will remain at this point. DO NOT WASTE your valuable time. Inbox Pay is 100% a SCAM.

Wish I could give zero stars. I had $41.50 of APPROVED cash from my offers. Been like this for months. Cash out is at$50. I completed a few ofders,then went back to see how much more I needed to cash out, then it was at $9.95 approved and the rest went to "viewed". They took my earnings and put it in as not accepted. These have been in approved for months though!!

This is an ongoing survey never paying out for the surveys you already completed, when you email them that you want to be cashed out all they do is send you another link to another survey. I've yet to get anything from them other than another survey. Pay me already.

They are mostlikely scammers. They waste my time for their fake survey in the end nothing.

I am at $107.95 earnings on inbox pays and it's stating I'm only approved for freaking 0.75 after having and using this app for years now and I still have yet to receive payment, try to contact them, which requires my login information, enter everything accordingly only to get left on the same page stating invalid email or password. This is crap!!!

Inboxpays.com has not payed out to me yet.

First, I earned 30.00 and they removed it and when I wrote support they put back/credited me 25.00. after I fulfilled an additional 25.00 for a total of 50.00 ; I wrote support and they never responded.
Still haven't been paid.10/4/2024

Now 7 months later and now at a total of 75.00, I contacted them again. Their response was unhelpful but came up with a new excuse about 25.00. still no help.

I would avoid this site like the plague.

I was at $46.17 and they stopped paying on emails and approving any new activities. Minimum payout threshold is $50 and I finally completed an activity that would put me over that threshold so when I went to login this time I was told that "user doesn't exist". I was able to login to their support portal with the same credentials that I was told I didn't exist as a user but they had my name and my info in "support portal". They do not reply to support requests either apparently. This website is a complete and total scam.

I have close to $80 and don't have a cash out option. How are you supposed to get paid? I like doing the survey's but I also like getting paid. Does anyone know how to cash out?

I'm thinking it's more of a scam. I sign up for some of their offers and never get credit. They don't respond to my support tickets. I have $49.90 in my account and need just 10 cents to reach $50 which is when I should be able to withdraw. They stopped giving me credit for opening their emails once I reached like $49 so I'm not sure how I will earn 10 more cents and if I will ever be able to withdraw.

This is inbox pays in a nutshell. offers high payouts, promises instant rewards, and then kicks you in the gonads.
right now I should have $86.70 in cashback rewards. Instead, I have nothing but a locked website where I can sell my data for nothing in return. I filed a ticket over a month ago and nada.
The worst part is this site is on the lists of legit survey sites and is recommended by other survey sites.
I will keep a baleful eye on them but if I were you looking to join this one. It's a Donkey of a survey site.

You do surveys read emails and I have almost 60 dollars pending for a year now. Glad I'm not holding my breath. It will not let me cash out the on the studies that are saying complete. It just want do anything. Waste of time

It is fully a scam, you don't get rewarded anything for a survey, and you keep receiving loads of emails every day even after unsubscribing from it. The 3$ bonus is also fake and you cannot withdraw anything

Inbox pays is so FAKE and a WASTE of time. I cant log in even after I change my password. Cant file their fake tickets. Wont allow me cfc to add PAYPAL. I've accepted many offers and have NEVER gotten paid. There should be a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against them so that everyone who has done their repeating surveys can get PAID
