My experience with this company has been deeply frustrating and highly concerning.

After placing my order, I repeatedly requested basic and standard information that any legitimate seller should be able to provide immediately:

A valid tracking number with live updates

The name of the shipping carrier

Proof of shipment (such as a dispatch confirmation or receipt)

Instead of providing this information, I received vague and repetitive responses stating that the order has been “sent out” and that it is “almost there.” However, no verifiable tracking details were ever provided.

When a seller claims an item has shipped but cannot provide any proof of dispatch, this raises serious red flags. In modern e-commerce, tracking numbers are generated instantly. There is no reasonable explanation for being unable to provide one if a shipment actually exists.

The communication pattern is especially troubling:

Direct questions are not addressed.

Responses appear scripted.

No concrete evidence is provided.

Refund requests are declined without documentation proving shipment.

This is not how professional online businesses operate.

Buyers should be aware that if something goes wrong, you may face significant delays, unclear communication, and difficulty obtaining basic shipment verification.

I strongly recommend paying through a platform that offers buyer protection and being prepared to escalate if necessary.

At this point, I cannot recommend this company based on transparency, accountability, or customer service standards.

Proceed with caution.

Scam.

Scam.

Something finally arrived after weeks of chasing. Several different versions of tracking. What has arrived is not an ios hdmi display adapter …but two bits of cheap plastic both with usb leads attached (one USB-A and one USB-C). There is no sign of any electronics inside the plastic case.

Think this company either completely incompetent or a scam - placed an order after a month chased them got a shipping order and link - then once package arrived in country nothing chased inbriefy and all they say is give it some time - asked for my money back and nothing- SCAM

Cheaters ✋🏻

Bought and paid 43 usd for a hdmi to phone connector on 26th of oct 2025. Money was taken immediately from my account but nothing happend before I wrote an email 3 weeks later asking where my package was. Got a reply it was handed over to a shipping company that may have forgotten to register it in their system. Yeah right 👏🏻. ( nothing about which company )

Wrote them again late November and got a tracking number which only said that a package had been registered the day after the purchase. Nothing else

Wrote again to support@inbriefe. Com the 1st of dec.
Got another email the following day showing the package had left the support center on the 29th of oct !!!!

It seems that they only send tracking info that is not useful and more than 1 month old info.

I told paypal today I want a refund and they paid me back my money instantly.

This package will never show up at my door.

Stay away ✋✋✋🛑🛑🛑

Bad service

Bad service, you pay for a vip shipping and you won't get a tracking code for over a week( bought 23 november, till date i am still waiting) i asked a refund since this is not the service i expect from a professional company, this gets completely ignored and they say they are "looking" for my shipment??? (It's 2025... How hard can this be?) So now they are stalling and slowly forcing me to accept the package i refuse. This is a dodgy site; don't buy anything from them, this is not honest business.

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order.
I saw their ad on Instagram for a device that allows you to connect your apple products directly to your tv.
I started messaging them after 10 days and I had no notification of shipment. Multiple emails later with nothing but standard reply’s to be patient. After 20 days I requested a refund those request went ignored.
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY

Do not buy from this company.
Complete scammers.
I ordered a communication device for my nonverbal child 3 months ago, the tracking numbers says its in a sorting office in Castlebar, since the 8th of August! When I complained they said it must be lost, we have sent another, more lies. As soon as I mentioned a refund, they stopped replying and are trying to dispute my refund claim through revolut.

Never buy from this company!

Ordered wheels for my chair April 28 2025 and still have not received them. They say that the package was delivered, but not to me! To a mailbox in New Jersey and I live in Oregon. They have given two different tracking numbers, one coming from China and one coming from Italy. Both were delivered to Toms River New Jersey, same day same time. When we say we have not received package they say it was delivered and we should look in the bushes or ask the neighbors if they have it. We Live in Oregon NOT New Jersey. Despite the 3000 mile distance they say they delivered it to us and we should check around. It's like talking to a wall. They will not refund and they claim to have delivered so it's our problem. NEVER use this company!

I placed an order over two months ago

I placed an order over two months ago, and it never arrived. During this entire time, I’ve exchanged 15+ emails with them, and all I’ve received in return are vague replies telling me to "keep waiting" they did not provide the real status of the product, no update, no actual support.

I finally asked to cancel the order and get a refund, because at this point it’s beyond reasonable — and even then, they refused to return my money, they keep telling me to be patient!! This is ridiculous!

This behaviour is unacceptable. At this stage, it honestly feels like a scam. I’ve been more than patient, and I’m still left without a product or a refund.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are a scam, and they show zero accountability once they have your payment.

Shittiest company I have ever ordered…

Shittiest company I have ever ordered from.

For33$ dollars I have got 3 wheels for my office chair. The issue is it's not stated anywhere normally that for this price you only receive 3 wheels.
Fun fact: on Amazon I bought a 5er package for 16$. :) My bad why am I ordering on a crappy site like this one?

So then when I contacted them that I want to send back the "goods" and receive my money they offered me a 5$ refund and I can keep the product. Lovely , well not really .

This went on for days. They refuse to give me location of the warehouse where I should send back the product, because they don't wanna do me a full refund. Of course there was "nothing wrong with the product I received" they say, it's true if you don't count the missleading information on their website that for this amount of money you get something that I can't use properly. If you want 5 wheels so I can actually set your chair up recently than you have to pay 55$ or more.

This company is a Dropshipping scam. Worse experience ever

We ordered and paid for 5 wheels for a gaming chair, and was only sent 1 in the mail. We sent proof of what happened, but were told that it was "shipped correct." We got a small amount for a refund, no where near the total amount we paid initially, and were told that it was the best they could do.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
