Incite Nutrition Avis 18

I decided to try this company to see what their products were like, I usually buy from nutrition geeks who are excellent, I couldn't get NG collagen through amazon so ordered it from IN instead they sent me glucosamine, I mean how is that good service? And they don't even have a customer service number, and as I don't have an email I'm stuck and out of pocket. Don't use this company.

Emailed several times. No reply. Bought lots of stuff from them but no more. Obviously not interested in customers, because no reply online and no reply here. Do they care? The answer is no!

Short expiry date and ignores emails

Very disappointing experience - Ordered Vit C which arrived with a short expiry date (it expires before I can finish the tablets) so I emailed them 3 times but they never replied. I had purchased multiple products from them in the past but they have lost a customer.

I placed the order on 03/03/23 , My Vitamin D tablets have not been received and they have taken the credit card payment. No response to my emails and the customer service number on email is not active.

I ordered 3 different supplements from Incite Nutrition, one which had a broken seal when I opened the bottle. I emailed them on the 27th and 31st December to inform them and to ask for a replacement, but have had no response. They say on the website they will respond to emails within 24 hours. Well they lied. I won't be using them again.

Agree with the other 3 star review. You cannot know what's in these supplements, so you have to go on company trust.

Unfortunately, for their multivitamin and mineral supplement it states 26 components on the front label yet lists only 23 on the back. I've twice emailed the company at the address listed on their website to get some clarification (they state they reply in 24 hours) and have had no response in 6 days.

This suggests to me a company who doesn't have ingredients at their finger tips or is otherwise untrustworthy, therefore should I trust them on putting their product into my body every day? I've decided not to.

Incite nutrition vitamin b complex 60. This product aids normal immune function. I live a very active lifestyle playing sport up to 7 days a week. So it's very important my immune system can cope and recover from that and I feel this product helps. I would recommend.

As an active person, I always tried to stay fit and healthy as I possible can, this is sometimes hard to achieve through my diet. So I’ve been using incite vitamins and supplements for a while now, to make sure am stay injury and illness free as much as I can, especially over the past year.
Always a great supply of vitamins, many of which last over 6 months. Easy to take, and always delivered on time.

I have been purchasing vitamins for some time and could not find a company that were one cheap and two reliable. I sea swim and run 7 days a week so wanted a wide range of vitamins to be available. I then stumbled across incit nutrition and could not have been happier. The range and the size of the tablets that make are incredible they have virtually no taste and the price is affordable to me. Whilst not distracting from the overall effectiveness of the vitamin. I was that happy with there product I have recommended them to my friends. I also not a big comment leaver but I felt that I had to with this product. So if your looking for a Big Bang for your buck try incit nutrition

As an older runner, I've always been on the look out for high quality vitamins to aid my lifestyle. I find Incite Nutrition products perfectly compliment what I try to achieve. I particularly like the turmeric, which has been designed to be absorbed quickly into the blood stream.
Another great thing is the quantity of the product, in many cases you get over a years supply in one bottle, thus making it less likely you run out.
My daughter was diagnosed with MS and needed a high dose vit D supplement, once again Incite, had the right product.

A very friendly and knowledgeable company, providing high quality products in simple easy to understand packaging. No gimmicks just good quality vitamins, minerals and supplements.

I've had 4 or 5 different supplements from Incite, over the last 12-18 months, whilst in training for an ultra marathon. Ordinarily I really struggle with getting poorly during heavy training and i've been over the moon with my health whilst taking the various supplements - including multi vits etc.
On my experience, I'd highly recommend them. Always purchased via Amazon and find them competitively priced and always quick delivery.

It was great to have so many vitamins in one tablet. Tablet was easy to swallow and tasted better than most I have tried. I loved that there was so many tablets in it so I don't have to keep ordering every month! Great product all around.

The problem with supplements is that they are not medicines and are therefore exempt from being scrutinised and tested before being unleashed on us.
Although the GMP stamp might be there it is still not enough to guarantee that the product actually contains the named ingredients and nothing else that could be potentially dangerous as in the other review about the allergic reaction caused.
Companies making supplements should either be independently vetted, need to be registered and audited ir need to confirm to a common recognised standard (ISO 9001).
What is really annoying about Incite is when you read the About us section, all they emphasise are the reviews and their competitions, nothing about how their products are tested.
Once we buy these products, how do we actually know what we’re putting into our body?

I bought supplements from Amazon. They are good value and good quality.

I am allergic to shellfish, Since buying glucosamine tablets in May last year, from this company, I have taken them intermittently. This last 6 weeks I have taken them regularly, I have a very itchy rash appeared on my chest and back, and I feel nauseous.It wasn,t until this morning I found out by reading the bottle it contains SHELLFISH!!!!
Nowhere does it mention shellfish on the advert page, I am 77 and I just happened to read the bottle with glasses on. The most minuscule printing on the back of the bottle,2/3 rds of the way down, says, contains shellfish.
You could have killed me!! remember Pret a Manger and the poor soul who die as a result of their negligence in not displaying contents???
I see that on Amazon page where it is advertised, the Q and A section, someone has asked whether the product contains CHONDROITON,(ground up sea shells)
the answer was,
it doesn't,t say so on the bottle so I don,t think it has,
so somebody else had been looking for the words shellfish too!! BUT THEY WERE WRONG< IT DOES CONTAIN SHELLFISH.!!!!
It is 13 days since I wrote to them, to be totally ignored, we are talking peoples lives here, and this is their blase attitude.
Amazon have refunded me in full, NOT the company, so beware of this company, they may kill you through their negligence....
