A fantastic product that feels like it's been made by Sony themselves. Strong, robust and brilliant customer service! Also the price seems criminal compared to the competition! Support these chaps and in return get a best in class product made by gamers for gamers!

Controller feels great! The grips are in exactly the right place, and they have loads of choices to customise the right controller for you! Great customer service! It came a little slower than expected, but that was due to royal mail! However the lads sorted it out straight away! And even send me a free case to apologise!

Controller was great, did have a slight problem howver the support I received was so good and quick response time

Sound group of lads, the discord makes you feel welcome and puts you at ease knowing you're in good hands whilst your controller is being built, quality of the controller is insane and puts all other brands on the market to shame.

From the very outset you can tell these guys will do their utmost to give you the best customer service and get you the controller you want. My last Scuf controller broke just 2 days before the BO6 BETA release and once I shared my desperation with the InCntrl team, they were happy to accommodate my express build and delivery. The controller was built to my spec and delivered in less than 48 hours! The controller itself is of a very high quality - the paddles are a bit stiffer than what I'm used to, but I'm hoping they'll become more flexible with time. Thanks to the team!

I got one of these controllers and opted for mouse clickers and all the bits and bobs, its a serious change from using a normal controller.

I message them if i could send it back and get the L2 button reduced in hardness of clickers because I had surgery on my finger and they sent me a return label and customised the controller to how i needed it and the email response to give me updates we’re seconds, and within the week of me sending it back and asking for different things to suit me it came back perfect! These lads have made not just a controller but also a brand people can be happy with.

The delivery was speedy, and the controller arrived in excellent condition, presented with a professional touch. Unfortunately, the paddles on the controller didn’t fit my hands as comfortably as I had hoped. However, the company handled the situation exceptionally well, providing a full refund without any hassle. Although the product wasn't the right fit for me, I would definitely recommend this company to others for their excellent customer service and professionalism.

Great service from start to finish. Controller initially arrived with an issue, but the issue was resolved it the quickest time I've know. Even over the weekend!! Controller is nicely built and the additional money for grips and hall effects analog was well worth it

I’ve been in the gaming scene for a fair few years now and have a lot of different controllers (scuff) etc but when I came across these guys I knew it was different.. the passion they was showing on there live stream on TikTok showing there products.. the customer care I’ve received has been top quality and any question I have had they have answered straight away. I defiantly won’t be going anywhere else for a controller again. Even my two boys now want a controller from them. Highly recommend to anyone out there!👌🏼

Came to these them put paddles on the back of my controller

Before going further, I have had all types of controllers from PowerA, Scuff, Razer Wolverine, XB Elite etc and not only the service but quality of the paddles from INCNTRL exceeds all of the above mentioned

I was worried about the grips as the buttons have to go through them but couldn't have had a better service. Looks as if it came this way out the box, feels great The buttons sit exactly whete the index finger does for natural placement

Quick turn around, great price, and looks and feels unreal

Will be coming back 100%
