Incredible Connection Avis 

The delivery was made within a week after the online purchase of large electronic from incredible connections online. Handled with care and arrived in the expected condition. My items were delivered separately on different days which kinda bummed meout a bit , but thankful all items arrived .

Dear incredible connection Customer Service Manager,
I am writing to formally escalate a serious issue regarding a TV I purchased from your store. The product is defective and has not functioned correctly since day one. It switches on and off by itself, and the screen only displays in black and white.
Despite logging a support ticket over two weeks ago, I have received no resolution or meaningful feedback. To make matters worse, my tickets have been closed without my consent or the issue being resolved. This is unacceptable and falls short of the standards expected under the Consumer Protection Act.
I request the following immediately:

A full refund or replacement of the defective TV.
Written confirmation of the steps you will take to resolve this matter within 48 hours.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) and the National Consumer Commission (NCC).

Don't bother ordering online. They don't keep their promised delivery dates. Mine is overdue. The item was ready at their Warehouse, the courier took 3 days to pick it up, and 2 days later it still hasn't been delivered. It's Friday, so I have to wait a whole weekend before they deliver.

They use an In-House delivery company called JDEX which is obviously HORRIBLE.

The Customer Care people didn't bother to help. She put the phone down, saying she was going to call me back, but left because it was home time.

Super dissatisfied and not happy with the service.

Nightmare.

I placed an order on the 22nd of October for an Ipad. I still have not received it. Its sitting with the courier for days but haven't been delivered. I have called and they say they can't call the courier but can only log a ticket and I have to wait 24 hours.

I met a friendly, helpfull lady that went out of her way to help us selecting a laptop. We decided on a laptop, but the laptop was not in stock at retail park, boksburg. She phoned around and found what we were looking for. We got stock at the branch in carnival mall. I went back to Jacoline at retail park. She helped me to register on the internet. I recently bought a new lap top and various cables from Unathi at Incredible Connection in Newcastle Mall in KZN. He was sooo helpful, gave lots of advice, was very efficient, explained how different things would work on the laptop etc/. He really was amazing on every level, very knowledgeable about the product i was planning on buying, but also a shout out to all the staff at this branch. It was a pleasure to buy my 2nd laptop from them.
