Have not received a product I payed for after 1.5 month. They have not answered my question about why it has not been delivered

INDCH, I would rate you a zero if I could. This was the name of their plant website, but the URL was eieihh.com. I spent a lot of money with this “legitimate” business. I mean a lot of money on 34 plants from this company who was going out of business. They supposedly had a brick and mortar store (greenhouse) that was open for many years and sadly they were having to close down due to unfortunate reasons, and they were crushed by the way it sounded in their intro. They even had a picture of the beautiful, huge nursery on their homepage. So since they were going out of business, they were left with many plants that had to be sold before they died. They were selling all of their plants at an extremely cheap price they also included ceramic pots. This site looked so legit from the way it was set up, nothing looked suspicious AT ALL. I could tell much time, money and, effort went into making this site so the thought of being scammed never crossed my mind. The homepage story under the nursery photo was really touching. I imagined an old couple who had put their heart and soul into a business, but had an unfortunate event happen that made them suddenly have to close down their pride and joy. So for that reason, I bought even more. After about a month and a half, I got on the website to check on my order. The website was still up so I could put my order number and email address in and it would let me know if my order had shipped or not. It still had not shipped so I sent an email to customer service. I promptly received an email back stating they were very sorry, but they were behind on orders but my order would be shipped out very soon, and I would receive an email as soon as it was with the tracking number. I never received anything. I started to worry, so I got on the website to check again the status of my order and the website was gone. All that was there was a warning message saying that this was a website that was attempting to steal my personal or financial information. I remember trying to pay for my order with PayPal and for some reason I could not. I can’t remember if it didn’t work or they did not have the option. That should’ve been my first red flag since PayPal can usually tell if you are on a website that is not secure and if they can’t and you pay through them, they will still refund your money if you have been scammed. I don’t know what to do to get my money back. They’re probably isn’t anything I can do, but I would like to warn anyone who comes across a website with a beautiful nursery and a sad story of having to go out of business PLEASE BE AWARE! And remember, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is! I should have known that when I looked at the prices.

Never received pants.

We bought a terrible product, not anything like what it claimed. It's a handheld vacuum that couldn't even suck up dust properly, was noisy, and after an all-night charge, worked for about 10 minutes before the battery ran out. It's basically a piece of garbage, at a high price. A real scam!!

Waste of money. Ordered the heated Jacket. You couldn’t even feel the heat coming out of it, Scam so they are

Ordered glasses and they where not as advertised. Got cheap plastic all around. Useless.

Very poor quality products not as advertised on Instagram. Purchased in Ireland, but to get a refund, you have to post back the item to China via registered post.
