Darren recommended three providers that would be suitable for our needs after we received notification of a rate increase of 50% from Worldpay. Each provider soon contacted us and gave quotes. We were happy to switch to Global Payments. Darren followed up with an email to check everything was going smoothly.

The company helped us find a new POS provider, they listened carefully to what we needed and came up with a few options that would meet our needs. We're only a month into the new contract so time will tell, but so far we're saving a little on the last provider, we've cut out unnecessary middlemen, Darren the point of contact for us was super helpful and has also followed us up since to make sure we're happy and said if we have any problems with our new provider to let him know, so we feel like we're in good hands.

Roger Milne is very amicable to deal with even though I was at fault of reviewing his company in error. I got the company names mixed up.
