Our entire tour from Arrival to departure was top notch. We are a family of 5 travelling from Bangalore and were looking for a tour operator for our seven day trip to North India. We were delighted to discover Indiator Travels. Sunil Sir (Tour Organiser) put together an excellent week of siteseeing and activities in Delhi, Agra, Fatehpur Sikhri and Jaipur. On our request, Sunil Sir had arranged for a clean and comfortable Maharaja Traveller (6 seater with one bed) which was the most convenient part of our travel. A mini spacious bus all to ourselves. We met our driver arranged by Sunil Sir at the airport and from that point on we were in his capable hands. He had been with us all throughout our 7 days of the tour. He’s an experienced and confident driver. We were met with smiles every morning we boarded our Bus.

We were guided by different tour guides in different cities. Each and every one of them had been very knowledgable about the history of our country and the sites we visited. They were able to get us past the long lines and straight into the most popular attractions. Because we didn't waste time in lines, we were able to see more attractions than otherwise would have been permitted each day.
They were also very knowledgable about local artisans, local stores and authentic sweet sellers of the city and arranged visits to quality craftsmen, not just tourist quality places.
Our accommodations were fabulous. Sunil Sir had arranged for the best of the best 5 Star hotels like Radisson Blue and Ramada. And as expected, amazing Stay and great food throughout.They offered a very authentic experience.
Overall, Excellent Ground team (driver/guides) for 7 days. Outstanding pre tour communication,prompt response to all inquiries,very affordable pricing,flexible planning provided.
We were so pleased with our experience, that we plan to book another trip with Indiator Travels to explore our beautiful Country, India.
Anyone who gets a chance to plan their trip with them will be as pleasantly satisfied as we were.

Trip to the Taj March 2019... We were on the Celebrity Constellation cruise ship. Trip required pickup in Mumbai to Delhi to Goa. Didn't know what to expect, but everything went flawlessly. Indiator was well worth the $. Ship wanted $5K for 2, trip cost me $1.1K for 2. All connections went without a hitch. Our personal guide at the Taj was GREAT. The Ramada in Agra was a good hotel, the Radisson Blu in Delhi was stunning! So why not 5 stars? Unfortunately, the one person that we spent the most time with, our driver (he did a great job of getting us from point A to point B), didn't speak much English and it was difficult to communicate with him.

My experience with Indiator was quite interesting as I came across an amazing team of people working for the company. From planning a trip to executing it felt like a piece of cake for me under their continuous guidance.

Our main guide Mahi became more than our tour guide he became part of our group and a good friend.

Sunil over the year of preparation was always available to ease any worries or concerns I might have.

We booked a private tour with Indiator and before the Indiator gave us the quotation, we made it very clear that we need the driver to drive after sunset before 21:00, so they could quote relatively higher to increase the allowance for the driver. Then Indiator appointed a 67-year-old driver who barely speaks English, doesn't have a smartphone and cannot read Google Maps. And the worst is that the driver complained a lot about working late, although we already paid him to do so. A lot of improvements are expected in terms of arrangement and communication.

The company I chose to use for my group in going to India & Nepal is a trustworthy company.
I give an excellent recommendation to any one who plans to visit the 2 countries mentioned.
Kudos to Mr. Chitrank Parasher for the excellent job he had done for my group. He fulfilled
all his promises as to the hotels where we stayed and the itineraries he recommends.
My son, Daniel considered this trip an EXOTIC experience in comparison to the other
places he has been too. He is a SEASONED TRAVELER, going almost every countries
of the world and he did enjoy this very much.

I booked this trip directly with Indiator India Office. An Indiator representative (Chitrank Parashar) contacted me and worked with me on planning the trip. He guided me through every single step to "tailor" made my trip. He also provided all the necessary details so that I could check that Indiator is NOT an Internet scam.
All the hotels were booked and I received confirmations before heading for India.
Arrived at Delhi Airport we were picked up by a polite driver. His car was clean and NOT smelly. He drove well and safe.
We visited several tourist attractions in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur.... at each location Indiator assigned a local tour guide who passionately described and explained the history of the building ...very interesting. All tour-guides spoke perfect English, some with the Indian accent that required our full concentration.
We were generally very happy with Indiator and would not be hesitated to recommend the company to anyone who wants to visit India.
Recommendations:
- tour-guides should ask customers if they can bring them to commercial stores. I found the behavior of one tour-guide was quite aggressive related to this matter.
- all hotels were good, clean...but located far away from shopping districts. In the evening we were told to stay in the hotel because of safety reason so we could only have dinner in the hotel restaurants and watch TV in our room. Indiator should consider offering evening activities

Just returned from a trip to Club Mahindra, Kandaghat, Himachal Pradesh, India, organized by Indiator.

Going on this tour with our guide Biju was a wonderful experience. He was very knowledgeable and took very good care of us on the tour. Biju handled every detail in a very professional manner. We shared with him things in particular we wanted to do and he did a great job accommodating us. Although we had just met, we felt as if we were seeing the city with an old friend. We would definitely book this tour again and insist on having Biju accompany us. We have recommended this to many of our friends, who look forward to having this experience too!

Rather than take a trip organised by the ship I booked a day trip with Indiator and was extremely pleased I did.
Prior to the day we had suggested our itinerary and we saw everything plus more. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Our driver shatrughan was fantastic always there and when the weather and traffic caused us to cancel our pre booked Old Delhi tour he had a new itinery straight away and our day was not wasted. Having read a review of INDIATOR in the travel section of the Telegraph, I contacted them to see if they could create a bespoke tour of India for us. I wanted to take my daughter on a trip of a lifetime. Chitrank was our agent, he interpreted my brief perfectly. We stayed in first-rate hotels ranging from boutique to heritage; our private driver was safe and looked after us perfectly; the activities were interesting and exciting; the countryside and route we took was stunningly beautiful. Best ever time in Kerala India, this agency was excellent in all aspects! chitrank will go out his way to make sure you are comfortbale, you may pay a little extra (although the deal we got was fantastic!) but it is well worth the money for sure! Honestly words cannot describe all the help we got to make sure we had the best time in India!!

There are no words to explain my happiness with the Delhi city tour I took from Indiator.com. They covered the all the famous tourist spots and the tour guide was so efficient. The tour package was beautifully executed and I have amazing memories now.
