i have signed up and completed KYC, for deposits/placing bets also good, problem raises when it comes to withdrawal. i didn't won anything, i have losses of around 26k INR, they have logged out my account and deactivated as well, it all happens with in minutes after placing withdrawal request. live chat has no clue, they are saying its temporary suspended, but when i tried to login its showing as deactivated. not sure how to access my account and funds.

very bad experience with indibet. be careful while playing here, not trustworthy.

They are literally playing with people's emotions. Every time I contact support, they give me the same scripted answer: 'Come back in 2 hours.' It’s been a full day of this cycle. If you value your money and your peace of mind, stay away. They are quick to take your money but invisible when it comes to resolving transaction issues."

INDIBET has not updated my deposit of Rs 8k since 5 days. I gave them the bank statement and video proof but this, which they themselves had taken from me. But now they are saying that the deposit has not been received. According to them the bank statement is wrong, and if you send an email then someone replies and you will get a repeat message that you will get the solution in 1-2 hours but nothing is happening since last 5 days. It is a wrong and useless platform, do not trust them, they will take your money and it will disappear any time and you keep sending emails they are not going to help you at all. And they call themselves a well trusted company. Even the bank statement is wrong for them.

My account has been inactive for the last 18 months, how do I know when I last deposited money? Yes, the last withdrawal was of Rs 48000-49500, something like that, after that there was a little more than Rs 1,29000 left in my Indibet wallet, then immediately the next day after the withdrawal, the account started showing blocked, whereas there was no problem before this. I thought that I made continuous withdrawals for the last 6 days, plus because of that you people blocked the account, then it has not been opened till today, no one listened to my requests many times, then I got tired and kept sitting quietly, what could I do.
