Jared at Indochino really helped me out! I just passed the bar and wanted to treat myself to a tailored suit. But it's hard to know what to look for as a woman because places that will do a fitted woman's suit are few and far between. Jared helped me out, was patient with me, and helped me have fun doing it!

Getting fitted for a suit at Indochino was a very professional and smooth experience. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere felt welcoming and well-organized. Jack, the associate who guided the fitting, was exceptionally helpful — knowledgeable about fabric choices, patient through each measurement, and confident in explaining how the tailoring process would ensure the best fit.
His attention to detail made the experience stress-free, especially when selecting jacket cuts, lapel styles, and lining options. It was clear that Jack took pride in his work and genuinely wanted to make sure the suit complemented both my style and comfort.
By the end of the session, I felt fully confident that I would receive a custom suit that fits perfectly. Overall, the experience at Indochino, thanks to Jack’s professionalism and guidance, was excellent — a great blend of expertise, precision, and customer care.

Kai was super helpful and knowledgeable. It was my wedding suit and he made the whole experience so easy. He is very approachable and a kind person. Would definitely recommend!

I regret ever ordering from Indochino. The so-called custom suit looked like doll clothes. The pants too short, sleeves uneven, and collars lined with exposed felt material. The zippers and buttons looked like they came from a cheap Halloween costume. Nothing fit, and when I reached out, customer service blamed me instead of fixing it. Poor quality, poor service, total disappointment. Buyer beware — this company does not deliver what it promises.

My husband ordered a suit, to be delivered in three weeks. Three weeks went by, as shipping is lengthy since the suit comes from China, and the suit ended up at a post office 2 hours away, due to an incorrect address provided by Indochino to DHL. This was not the address we provided to Indochino or the address on our order confirmation. When my husband contacted the local Tigard Indochino, the salesperson was rude and unhelpful. Indochino has us contacting DHL and the post office for answers, even though this was their error. The post office advised nothing could be done other than return to sender for incorrect address. We have requested a refund and order cancellation after Indochino made us jump through hoops contacting so many customer service agents (DHL, USPS, Indochino) to figure out how to get the suit delivered. Still, no answers or resolution. All of this for an $800 suit from China. Do not recommend. Unprofessional, incompetent company.

Excellent shop, if you measure correctly the suits and shirts fit like a glove, truly bespoke. Customer service also super helpful in getting the order right albeit the process can be a little difficult at times depending on the accessories needed and some accessories are lacking in description.

Indochino is terrible quality. For luxury dress shirts greater than $150 that are advertised as “easy to care for and easy to wear”, they require extensive ironing and wrinkle after 5 minutes of wear. The custom fit does not justify the pricing!
