Indus Oak Homes Avis

Indus Oak Homes is not a trustworthy company. This company is not recommended at all. You will regret purchasing a home from them. I had two home inspections for the new house i purchased, and they removed the tape from the home and lied saying they fixed everything. Five months later the repairs under warranty haven't been done. My calls and emails to warranty department are being ignored.
My lights are popping/sparkling and one fell from the ceiling. I hear pops when I cut on a light. My lights keep flickering. They won't send any electrician to my home.
My HVAC system had mold in it a month ago.
When it rains, water enters my home. I have structural, exterior and interior issues that they refuse to fix. They keep telling me they fixed everything, so I send picture proof and they never respond.
Then I found out they have HOA and unpaid expenses. I was told they don't have an HOA. Now, they want the homeowners to finish construction and pay their hidden debts. They are so dishonest, unprofessional and it is disheartening on how they are treating me.
I have to deal with trying to keep snakes and bugs out my house because they didn't seal anything. This purchase has been a nightmare all because Fraudulent Indus Oaks Homes doesn't have integrity and deceived potential home buyers like myself.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Indus Oak Homes to do extensive due diligence before purchasing. My experience as a homeowner has been frustrating due to ongoing construction and quality-control concerns. Issues I encountered included plumbing defects, problems with doors and finishes, construction debris and disorganization around the property, and concerns regarding communication and accountability after closing.

One of the biggest frustrations was feeling like several issues that should have been handled during the building process became the homeowner’s responsibility afterward. I also had concerns about transparency regarding repairs and overall workmanship quality.

Buying a home is one of the biggest investments someone can make, so responsiveness, professionalism, and long-term customer support matter just as much as appearance and design. While the homes may look appealing initially, my experience raised serious concerns about follow-through and attention to detail.

I hope the company improves its quality assurance process, communication with homeowners, and post-sale support moving forward.

Amazing spaces people is always timely and responsive. Satisfaction oriented 100% which speaks about the product. There is so many customizations you could not imagine for all tastes. I also studied the ROI of possibly rent the unit and it was well above my expectations. Makes a second option more close to a possibility or possible sale in case I need to. It’s a safe move for me close to have the cash as it’s very demanded plus I see great potential in the area. Good job with the project folks. From the phone lady Julie to the Sales Agent JC and all the team involved my experience was smooth and clean. Thus I may get the 2nd!

Great guys! They go an extra mile to help you. The quality of work they delivered is truly remarkable.
