Great Customer Service very friendly and always there to help in emergencies with quick turn arounds on deliveries

This safety and workwear store I used had a great selection of products and my order was dispatched promptly. The items were well-packaged and arrived in excellent condition.

What an amazing service, Im sure Industrial Workwear can't advertise how good their service was for one of our customers...I asked to some workwear within 48hrs, Our customer wanted 10 polo shirts and some hoodies by 10am Wednesday Morning, I spoke to Joanna and Natalie, I was not expecting them to say YES, but they did, all the stops were pulled out and the customers got his workwear Tuesday Night.

Industrial Workwear was great to work with, I rang and explained the urgency in getting a few items delivered and they prioritised the service. Great customer service and prompt delivery.

We needed new emboidered overalls for our shop floor workers.

Natalie was a great help from start to finish, she arranged for herself and a colleague to come to our site and size up workers for new overalls, produced samples throughout for the embroidery to give us ideas about how the colours would look and gave helpful input.

Emails / calls were answered very quickly and the whole process from first contact to delivery was exceptionally quick and pain free :-)

We will definitely contact Natalie again next time workwear needs renewing.

I found Industrial Workwear to be very quick, diligent and attentive during sales, delivery and aftercare. Actuality, I only really dealt with one person, Louise Guy, so is the Company getting 5 stars or Louise. I think both should get 5 stairs each. The uniform and logo was spot on.
