My dogs are doing great. I have had 3 dogs of my own taking the hip and joint supplement and it makes so much difference. I have 3 friends using it also. Plus they give me a free gift of the skin and coat supplement which is fantastic.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you've faced with our subscription plan. We always strive to ensure our customers are happy and satisfied with our products and services. It would have been helpful if you had called us to discuss your concerns earlier.
After reviewing your subscription plan, it appears that you were on a monthly plan from February 23rd to May 23rd, which then stopped. However, it restarted again on October 27th. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused you. We did not intend to ship anything you did not order, let alone charge you for it.
To make things right, I have refunded you for the two hip & joint supplements that were shipped to you, and I have canceled your subscription plan. If you change your mind and would like to use our products in the future, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Please keep the supplements you have received, and I hope they continue to help your dogs live healthier lives.

Hip and Joint Advanced Formula (pill form)
I have been a long time customer of Infinite Pet Life specifically Hip and Joint Advanced Formula. My Shi Tzu had a torn ACL and after her surgery and rehab I noticed her leg giving out sometimes. I tried the Hip and Joint formula and after a peroid of time, maybe a month she vastly improved. I am happy with this product and have been using it for the past three years. My pup appreciates it too!

Great product with excellent customer service…
Our 11 year old Morkie has been using the powder for about 3 years now and our vet says he is in great shape. We all attribute it to the hip & joint supplement. Also there was a problem with an Amazon order and infinitepetlife fixed it fast with super customer service.

Infinite Pet Life's great products
Infinite Pet Life and their products have made my pet's life so much more valuable! When Daisy was losing the use of her hind legs due to hip dysplasia, the turmeric/curcumin tablets made it possible for her to walk again! Daisy has since passed-on due to other health complications, and when Infinite Pet Life found out, I was refunded for my last order. I am extremely grateful to Infinite Pet Life for giving my beloved pet a better quality of life and more comfort! THANK YOU!!
