Extremely Poor Customer Service
Due to unexpected medical expenses, I needed an extension on my payment. I was told that I could not get on because I called 1 day too late. So, I need to make the late payment before they will give me an extension. I told Yohan, supposedly a supervisor, that I would not need an extension if I could make the payment.
This company's idiotic policies and a lack of compassion for it's customers make for extremely poor customer service.

Customer Service sucks! I will never again lease or buy any vehicles from neither Nissan nor Infiniti. Horrible experience. We moved to another state in September 2021 and since then I have been trying to get Title sent to the local DMV to replace my plates. Numerous forms sent by fax and email. Several hours on the phone spent with Customer Service rep and the result is still the same - Title is not there. If I could I would get rid of the vehicle altogether to forget about this company and the troubles they causing.

I returned my car after fixing somebody work. I got a bill for 600 for end of lease . I called to say that part of the bill for a scratch but I fixed the car. I was told we will take off 136 dollars if you pay today and close the account. One year later I get an alert on my credit report that I owe Infiniti and it’s 60 days past due. I called Infiniti and they said that I spoke to their credit collection agency and when they say we will close the account. It means you still owe it and we will report you to credit agencies. My score went down 85 points. I argued and after few phone calls they changed it to paid in full as a settlement which ruined my credit for 136 which they said pay today and we will close the account. The people on the phone keep telling me that they have no way to change what gets reported to the credit report. They say that the account is not paid in full but rather closed as a settlement which dropped my fica score by over 80 points. Be careful when they say we will close the account. They are liars and they will destroy your credit stay away . My report showed paid in full for more than a year and then they changed the reporting. They know how to mess up your credit. Stay away

I can't believe this has happened to me after NEVER missing a payment or being late on my nissan for about 2 years and my infiniti after. They took my account off of auto pay and did not EVER notify me. I was only made aware after checking my credit report and seeing a collections account. I called right away and the representative said he also wasn't sure why that happened and they usually allow the customer an opportunity to pay before marking your credit. The rep said they'd call me back with further steps but never did so I called again many weeks after. This time a rep said they didn't know why it happened as well but they would speak to a higher up regarding a payment plan since I had an excellent payment history and call me back with details. A few weeks later, my car is REPOSSESSED! I talked to a rep who said basically there isn't anything they can do even though their team did not have integrity. They didn't call me back when they said they would and no one would be held responsible for saying they would, and no one would be held responsible for taking my account off of auto pay nor for ensuring I received whatever document they said they sent through certified mail (that didn't require a signature so I literally never got it) I'm guessing they never sent it. Now their manager will not call me back after my calling daily and leaving messages. Coronavirus will be doing me a personal favor by making it into the office of this team that allows this to happen to multiple people without taking responsibly unless they have the minimal decency to try to make things right.

Paid off my lease over 3 months ago - all cash to the dealer in Mission Viejo... still no title, collection calls a month after and the dealer will not even return my calls. The entire organization is Terrible ~ they will take your money and sell you a car really fast... but will not send title after 3 months and keep blaming.

I payed off my qx60 one month ago but the car still show past due payment on my account and does not show the pay off. I requested give me one confirmation that they received the money but they avoid it and said have to wait until one month later to remove the account on finances. Car show debts on my credit as well.

Infiniti Financial Customer Service is Non-Existent
Infiniti failed to inform me I owed a balance after terminating my lease. After several months, I began receiving calls from a collection agency multiple times a day. They wanted over $2,000. I went into the Infiniti Finance portal and paid my balance. I wanted to make sure no derogatory remarks were sent to the credit bureau so I called in to confirm. The person who answered told me no negative remarks were on my account but my lease was terminated therefore my payment would be returned to me. She was unable to help me confirm my payment nor direct me to a place to pay. She was unable to validate that they failed to send statements to my updated address. I have no way of confirming they receive the payment as I've not received a bill to return a check to nor been able to confirm the online payment will be successful. The woman transferred me to another part of the organization, who then transferred me again, I sat on hold waiting to confirm my payment was made for an entire 1 hour. At last, I told the story again to the 4th person I spoke with, and she told me she was the person I already spoke with originally. So I literally got sent in a circle for an hour and was unable to confirm the final payment was made. I got frustrated and told her I just want to confirm that my payment is received by Infiniti Financial, then the line dropped, and she did not call back (although, they did ask for a phone number to call back in the event this occurs). TERRIBLE customer service experience.
