It took us a while to get the massage chair we wanted. We originally went with a different brand and it didn't work out. When we saw the Infinity, we really liked, and the salesperson made a lot of promises (after having a not so great experience with the other company). We were cautiously optimistic. Cut to Crystal, the customer service rep, and Mary, the shipping manager, who made sure the salesman's promises were kept. They held our hand through the shipping and delivery, ensure our white glove service, and swarmed any hiccups. The only thing we found better than the excellent customer service is the chair itself. My goodness - what a therapeutic and relaxing treat. The programs are intuitive and easy to customize. We would highly recommend the chair and the company.

Infinity massage chair was extremely well built, stylish, and easy to use. Built-in speakers produced great sound and bluetooth connection was easy to use and reliable. I use it every night before sleep. If there is one area I would like to see improvement is having wi-fi capability for firmware updates.

We had some issues with the delivery but Heidi was there to help! She was amazing. She kept track of our delivery, very prompt response, and followed up. She made me feel heard, valued, and was there to help.
The Massage Chairs are great too. Everyone in the family is enjoying them, including the dog who has claimed it as her chair.

Ben provided me with the most outstanding customer service today! I called in to see if they could repair my massage gun, and because it was under warranty, he's going to replace it at no cost.
Thank you Ben for being professional, service oriented, and knowledgeable. Also for taking care of my concern once I validated proof of purchase.

When I bought my massage chair, I thought it would be a nice way to chill out. I hit the jackpot! The chair is much more sophisticated and programmable than I had ever imagined. I use it in the morning for 10 minutes before I get up and running. I use it at night for 30 minutes (or more if I don't want to get out of it) before I go to bed.
To my dismay, one day the chair malfunctioned. I notified the service dept. They got right on it! Within 3 days the replacement part arrived. A few days later the technician came to my house to fix it. He not only fixed it, he overhauled it and made it even better than before.
I couldn't be happier with my Infinity Massage Chair and the best customer service I've seen in years!

Great chair, speedy customer service when it stopped working for a hot second, service guy went above and beyond troubleshooting, working way past business hours just to accomodate my availability. Service guy was also polite and intent on getting things correct, I was very impressed with how thorough his quality checking went

Started working on an issue in November, I was out of town so repair date was early December. Repairs didn’t fix the problem, so called back late December to inform them that I had the same problem. Had repair scheduled for a Friday in January, on Monday I received a call from AIT that the appointment was canceled. After 10 days of no communication I called AIT back and they claimed they had no record of an appointment ever being made even though I had a repair order number. They said I needed to contact Infinity directly. After calling Infinity I realized that the two parties were disagreeing about who should cover the cost of the second service call. Eventually Infinity agreed that I needed another part which they sent. I requested that the tech come in the morning so if we had complications Infinity’s tech team would be available. The repair technician arrived at 4:30 and wasn’t familiar with my model of chair that I had, by the time he needed assistance the tech line was closed. The chair is fixed and working well, but I’m disappointed with the repair service on what I consider to be high dollar item. The 3 star rating is because of the quality of communication and service that AIT provided, not the Infinity company.

I bought a massaging chair from springfield furniture. The remote is now broken. I ordered a replacement from infinity. It came, but not comparable that told to me. Then they sent me an adapter. Still not operating the unit. I called and reported the issue. Some said they will look deeper the find a solution. No one gets back to me. One month after I called my credit card and charged back mt $150. Then someone gets back to me and asked me to send the remote back at my expense. Which should be the company expense. Not a good customer service ever.👎
Technician was prompt and perform the repair in very efficiently.
Would recommend to anyone. Great service.

Working along side Michael inside Costco for the roadshow in east Orlando location has been incredible. He is so good with customers, very professional and very knowledgeable. After my several demos, I know I too will be a customer and purchase the chair.

The chair, when it works, is great. The customer service was nice. The repair person they sent to fix the chair was kind. The chair was delivered on time. We bought the chair a couple years ago and have had to get it repaired six times. It is also broken again at this time. To give the company credit, they said this has never happened before, so I'm assuming most of the chairs are just fine. Unfortunately, I must have a lemon. I inquired about sending us a new one, but they only offered to send a used one. No thanks. I guess we have no choice but to keep on getting it repaired until the warranty is up.
I'm also sure they'll respond with "Thank you for your review. Sorry about the issues you're having. We'll look into it."

Outstanding Customer Service! 100 STARS!
We were prepared to continue on with our faulty Infinity Massage Chair but then Crystal Simons reached out to us offering to not only replace our in-constant-need-of-repair chair with an across-the-board identical replacement, (which was what we were hoping for) but the brand new, top of the line, LATEST Infinity model!! We were completely shocked; this goes above and beyond customer service! She completely stands behind their product, behind the company and truly wishes for her customers to be completely satisfied with their products! She was kind, courteous, and made us feel that she took our investment seriously. Crystal was amazing!
The deliverymen who brought the new chair to us were also extremely considerate, courteous, and thorough. What a great team of employees!
Our whole family truly looks forward to enjoying our Infinity Massage Chair for many years to come, thanks to Crystal and her generosity and stellar customer service.
This was a completely positive experience that we will be sharing with others. What an outstanding company!!

It has been almost 2 years now since I purchased my Infinity Evo Max 4D Massage Chair . I have posted previously and was very pleased with the quality and workmanship .
I have to say, I am not disappointed ! I am a 6ft. / 225lb man so you can imagine the built quality needed for me to continually using this Infinity Evo Max 4D . I hope I'm not jinxing myself when I say, everything is working just like it was in the very beginning . Outside of a few squeaks when the chair is adjusting itself in the preset program, nothing else has changed .
The massage is just as good as it was the day it came out of the box ! Kudos to Infinity and I have no problem in purchasing another one in the future someday !
Note: I suggest a comfortable blanket to cover yourself when getting the massage from the Evo Max 4D . It just makes the experience that much better !

He has even been extremely helpful even after the sale.

Buying the chair went smooth, shipping was as expected. The delivery company was not so. They originally told me they would drop the new chair at the sidewalk or curb instead of inside the house. After a call to Customer Service this was resolved and it was delivered, in the box, inside the house. When I unpacked the chair I had found broken parts in the box, which I collected.
The shipping box did not have and directions on how to handle the box. At some point it was placed on end and showed up that way at my house.
When I unpacked and found the parts I called Customer Service and was transferred to a tech that instructed me to plug it in and turn on the back switch and press the power button on the armrest. When the chair was in the HOME position I found more parts and started taking pictures by leaning the chair, part way on its side. The Foot Rest assembly was completely loose and when I unzipped the seat cushion I found both of the pivot points were not seated or secured, those were some of the broken parts. I did not run the chair through any presets but left as is till parts were ordered and tech was able to come out, almost 3 weeks.
I feel if the chair had been shipped on its bottom side down, with arrows on the box stating this side up, none of the damage would have occurred.
The chair seems to be functioning properly now and we enjoy it.

Syner-D chair has worked well for 2 years now, with 2-3 hours of use per week. One issue so far (shoulder inflation), diagnosed addressed with 2 at-home visits, free through warranty. Warranty service has been responsive, easy to schedule, and great to work with. Would buy again.
