Fantastic team of people. Can not fault anything. From the minute we landed until our departure was perfect! Will definitely be booking more events and packages with Infinity Weekends!

Weekend hen do booked with the company. Hotel was ok, nice enough rooms but shame about the hotel staff, very rude in the cafe/bar and the man who monitors the pool area will look through your bags to check you didn’t bring your own food and drink.
We were greeted by Jan who was very enthusiastic but was quick to mention her colleague Sonny who’s single and available … weird wing maning
First night we did a bar crawl, it started well but by bar no 3 one of our party became very unwell, we skipped the 4th bar (mainly because you can’t move from the sticky floor) but outside the 5th bar she was violently sick. After a while Sonny asked us to move into a bar where there is a sofa, initially we thought this was nice of him but after calling an ambulance and saying not sure if they’re coming, then telling us he needs to walk away as it doesn’t look good on the company (T-shirt with their logo) it was very apparent to get us out of the way. We had trouble getting her a taxi and he didn’t want to know, luckily the be of the bar staff helped us and she got home safely.
The next day we had a boat trip booked, it was initially meant to be a party boat with lots of people but got changed to a small boat with 2 hen party’s. There was music and drinks for sail but we had to create our own atmosphere.
Transport to the harbour is also not included! 20 mins in a taxi.
We opted not to join for the cava drinks due to the night before.
The 3rd day was the best day, we had a VIP bottomless brunch and jacuzzi at Oasis beach club, this was a great day, Jan met us at the start to tell us what’s been included. One of our party had a private conversation with her explaining we weren’t happy about the lack of support and empathy from Sonny on the first night. Jan asked what the company can do for us and we asked them to pay to keep 1 of our rooms on as a good will gesture. She left advising she would speak to the office the next morning.
Whilst we were at the beach club, Sonny walked in and completely ignored our party, in a very obvious way, considering what had happened, we would expect him to come and check in on us. What’s the point of having reps otherwise.
We were having a great time at the beach club so contacted Jan to move our dinner booking to a later time (this was at least 4-5 hours before we were meant to arrive) We didn’t hear back from her so had to make the adjustments ourselves.
The Italian 3 course dinner was delicious and drinks included.
The next morning, one of our party got a call from Dean in the office about the room request and was extremely rude, unsympathetic and judgemental about the whole situation taking no accountability, stating it isn’t their problem and that they wouldn’t be offering us anything and it was our problem.
We paid to keep 1 of our rooms on, whilst waiting for our transfer, we sat outside the cafe where the waitress came out demanding we brought something to sit there, 2 people bought a coffee and water but this wasn’t good enough and caused a row. Was shouting in Spanish and wanted to know room numbers.
The company do not deserve more than 1 stars as the best part of our hen do were the events, book them yourself and save the hassle!

Rudely spoken to on the phone after being asked if something can be put right after talking about our disapointment - From a bad experiance we had to deal with as a group while on a bar crawl. Company could of dealt with this better from our Friday night Experience and there response.

Not heard & lack of empathy.

Also if staying in Benidorm and booking a package the Pierre apartments were fine for what we needed but the staff are so rude and treat you badly. Apart from one young lad and a lady ordering taxis.
I was screamed at by the bar lady because i was sitting on there chairs out the front while we was waiting for transfer to airport some was having a coffee and water brought from there bar but still wasn't good enough and the man came round the pool kicking your bags to see what you had in them coz you cant drink or eat snacks at this self catering apartment hotel if they are not brought from there where there is nothing anywhere that states this - fine if thats there rules but there is a way to go about it and communicate with guests not spoken to like crap!

Th attitude of sonny towards us dealing with a situation was very poor and not managed well at all it was well over 45 mins that we asked him to call for help so if he didn’t do that until a certain time that’s on him he then proceeded to ignore us on the Sunday at the bottomless brunch yet made his way around to all the other groups even walked through ours to get to the rest of them! When we spoke to Jan at the brunch she asked if there was anything you could all do to put it right. I’m unsure of why she asked this as Dean had no Interest on the phone of putting anything right or trying to help just become very defensive and his attitude was also very poor. Another hen called the restaurant to rearrange a new time not the reps. We chose not to come to the cava welcome drinks on the Saturday evening due to what had happened on the Friday evening and lack of support regardless of weather the bar crawl is free or not it was still supervised by the rep and booked in via the company. The hotel room was fine however staff were rude checking your bags around the pool and not being able to sit at a table outside as only 1 person bought a drink is ridiculous it’s a self catering hotel so you should be allowed your own food and drink if you wish to you should also be able to sit on a chair it wasn’t exactly busy in the bar area outside!! We was also waiting for or transfer and causing no harm to anybody! There are also no signs to say you cannot take your food and drink around the pool area just states no food and drink although if buying from the small bar you could take it round the pool it’s self catering clues in the description!!

Overall, the hen party did have a good time with the activities planned. We had a vip jacuzzi brunch and 3 course Italian meal which was lovely. We had a 2 hour boat party with dj and although the boat was changed from 2 level boat to 1, it actually worked out better as it meant we was together and not with 120 people.
We arrived on the Friday and was met by Jan who welcomed us and gave us the information and a bottle of cava and she was lovely.
The Friday night bar crawl unfortunately didn't end as we would have liked with one of our party being spiked. We understand its not the companies responsibility in terms of what was consumed it was the bad attitude and poor management of the situation considering this was a bar crawl guided by an infinity weekend rep. The situation could have been dealt with so much better and differently. Complete lack of empathy and urgency. Even another HEN party refused to move on until they knew the rep had taken action. Once the ambulance was called Sonny the rep said " I'm going to go now as this doesn't look good for the company" even mentioned that the bars don't like ambulances being called as it doesn't look good.
Yes Sonny messaged in the morning to check all was okay and yes i didn't respond due to how he treated the situation the previous night. However , I did check in with Jan.
At the jacuzzi brunch after we stayed there all afternoon and Sonny saw us and blanked us and didn't come over yet checked on all other parties there and said hello.
In regards to changing the time at the restaurant, I did that and I called the restaurant up myself FYI before someone got back to me to confirm. Wasn't a big deal but just wanted to clarify this.
You're very quick to go on the defensive with all the things we had which yes we enjoyed and had a good time hence why Dawn's review none of that was mentioned because there wasn't an issue with that.
It's down to attitude and poor customer service experience.
The only credits to the business are Maria and Jan who were pleasant and easy to deal with.
I dont want a defensive response to my review I'd just like you to take on board the feedback given as there was no acknowledgement to any of this on phone calls to the office or empathy that we had some issues..... just a comment of " Welcome to Benidorm!!"

Jan was an excellent host. Made sure we had everything we asked for as well as keeping in touch after the events.

These guys are so helpful, especially Jan and sonny, they communicate so well and will literally help you out and a click of a finger, if I returned I wouldn’t look elsewhere to help with anything.

Don’t book !!! Cheaper to organise yourself as booking with this company you get no support at all so why bother to go with them save the money and put it to better use. My daughters hen do was booked with this company, on our first night we attended the very disorganised bar crawl which only one infinity rep was present and rep from another company for about 70 people the first bar we went in we was told we could only have beer vodka gin or Malibu why this was I’m yet to understand as you had to pay for drinks!! In the second bar was a live sex show where we was not told this would be happening, I am not a prude but it’s not something I would choose to watch with my daughter. In the third bar one of the girls went to the bar and bought a drink her drink was spiked and this is where the problems started she became unwell very quickly and we could not get a taxi to take her back to the apartment I asked the rep for help he told me to walk her round the corner and wait and try again for a taxi she couldn’t even stand up let alone walk she had only had 4-5 drinks. I asked him to call an ambulance after he did get us a seat in another bar after me telling him this was not on he called an ambulance I asked him how long he said he didn’t know if the ambulance was coming as he was not Spanish and couldn’t really understand 45 minutes later an ambulance came the rep came over and said I’m going to go as it doesn’t look good for the company and the bars don’t like the police or ambulance’s being called to the bars I would like to thank one of the other hen parties that refused to move on to the next bar and made him stay until we at least had the ambulance arrive. The ambulance came opened her eyelids and said drunk when anyone looking at her hands and legs being completely rigid could see it was not drink. The conversation I have had with a manager Dean ? I think his name is was absolutely shocking he his response was what if you had booked with booking.com what would you have done then well Mr arrogant self righteous vile person I didn’t book with booking.com I booked unfortunately with your company and had no support or help so what is the point of booking with Infinity weekends disgusting customer service !!!!! ****Edit from reply **** Yes correct we were greeted at the apartments by Jan who informed us the rep for the bar crawl was single and available yes the bride was presented with a bottle of cava after it was discussed that the bride did not drink cava or Prosecco on the booking ! I would love to see the pictures of us on the party boat! as you cancelled it a week before we arrived we went on a small catamaran with another hen group and very limited seating might I add we had to sit on sides around boat no DJ. There are plenty of bars in Benidorm that don’t have sex shows with full penetration sex and with no warning asked if we would be going to any more like that and was told NO ! The next bar was a live lesbian act !! The apartments were ok all group were on different floors 13,16,19,20 were not all together although the apartments were self catering was not allowed crisps or drinks around pool area unless purchased at hotel security guard was walking around going in peoples bags and tipping drinks away ! Saturday night as a group we cancelled due to lack of support from your company the night before, Sonny couldn’t even tell us if the ambulance was coming or not and he only stayed as the other hen group refused to move on! The Sunday was a good day although Sonny was at the venue and never even bothered to ask if the group member had been spiked was ok 👏👏well done one day out of three.

We had the most amazing weekend in Benidorm thanks to Jan and sonny! Such friendly staff and the organisation was to a t, can’t thank them enough for everything! Definitely a weekend to remember 🎉❤️ untill next time…

honestly can't fault Infinity Weekends! Gemma & Dean have been amazing! The updates and contact was great right from the start and they were super organised in getting everything booked and our itinerary over. Gemma was happy to make changes and never seemed like anything was too much bother which was lovely. The online portal was great too, very easy to use and make payments. Gemma also amended everyone's payments so that the hen didn't have to pay and some members paid slightly less/ more than others. The activities that were booked for us were also brilliant, better than expected and the whole hen group had an amazing weekend! Thanks so much guys, you honestly saved us all so much time and stress and we can't thank you enough!

Customer service was outstanding and more than happy to answer any query in an efficient manner. The price for 18 lads travelling to Benidorm was good and fair, I'd highly recommend.

Would highly recommend for a stag / hen do. Everything for the weekend was well organised and done well with Jan getting the extra mile to help it be as enjoyable and stress free as possible

Had a great time, everyone was friendly & our rep Sonny was really helpful by going out his way to make sure we all had a good time & a good gesture with a bottle of Carva for my friend Letitias 50th birthday

Paid for my trip to Benidorm as part of a group of 40 (enough money from us) - I am in the armed forces, since paying for the trip I have been told I now have to travel away with work that week. I explained the situation to Dean Allchorne. He simply said it is my fault for paying as early as I did. I could have waited. I then asked to change the name to someone who would go in my place. They explained they can add someone but not replace. MORE MONEY. So now I am hundreds of pounds down, I can't go and no alternative option for me. Not even credit. I found Dean and his colleagues so rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. They laughed on the phone when I asked for any advice on what to do next.. DO NOT USE THEM

Replying to their reply. I asked to swap names on the phone, I was told this isn’t possible and anyone else wanting to go has to be added no replaced. I paid it up as I was going. It wasn’t until after the deadline that I found out I could no longer attend for reasons out of my control.

Jan was class all weekend, always there for us and helping us out!

We had an absolutely unbelievable time from start to finish.. what ever people say about Benidorm don’t let that put you off!! We were all a little nervous.. everthing was so super organised by infinity from start to finish! Jan was so welcoming and amazing and organised us to a T! Everything we did was so so fun and well done.. Claire was an absolute delight and got us super involved In all the events .. we’ve all got super holiday blues being home and had 4 days we’ll never forget .. thanks so much Infinity.. I’d 100% recommend this company for any hen/stag do.. takes away so much stress and pressure

Well worth booking with these guys and Jan was lovely and really helped us set up the stag… Tony the dwarf was great and all in all worth every penny!!! Book with these guys and you won’t be disappointed!!👍👍

Jan our rep was absolutely fantastic. We were a group of 9 on a stag in Benidorm and we had such a blast. From start to finish Jan kept us updated with news and information of what was going on daily. Nothing was too much trouble! Would absolutely reccomend!

Well where do I start such a fantastic and memorable 5 days we had in Benidorm. Infinity weekends were absolutely incredible on the way to the hotel. We received a text message with useful information and that we was going to get met by our rep on arrival sonny Was amazing he took photos of us on the beachfront and gave us a welcome drink following all the other events we were welcomed from a lady called Jan who was absolutely amazing and a little bit quirky just what you need in that situations we had rooftop Jacuzzi which was excellent value for money and what you got in the package was incredible. We also did the boat party which was amazing bar the bride getting a little seasick 😂 The only thing I would change about the boat party if the company would put on a little shuttle of some sort to get you to the event as it’s a 20 minute car ride and if there’s a group of you trying to get five taxes is not the easiest or cheapest. We also had the bar Crawl which got you a little bit tipsy should I say followed with the big one strippers were very good and also very respectful as our bride was a little bit nervous. last night we went for a Italian meal, which was lovely and again great value for money. I would recommend this company to anybody it was outstanding and we had the best few days.
