Setting up the insurance appears to be relatively easy as well as installing the black box however, there have been ongoing issues with threatening to cancel insurance due to inaccurate readings, black box not working then, when returning from a recent holiday a text stating my son’s insurance had been cancelled! Emails found in junk , presumably as we were out of the country as previous emails via normal route. My son drove his car as he inadvertently didn’t realise he didn’t have insurance. Even though his insurance has been cancelled he continues to pay as they have told him to. I complaint has been in progress for over a week! Honestly, having consulted other parents there are far better companies out there.

They are a great insurance company to go for, reasonable prices and great discounts if you get the black box and parent plan too. The black box arrived within two days for me to install and the website is very helpful with how to install it. The app is quick and simple and they have a lot of information sent to you via emails so you are never confused about anything

My daughter just passed her test and was handed a First Car magazine with this company advertised in it. I assumed they had been vetted. I got a quote of over £3000!!!! I did my own research and got better cover for under £800.

Great Service from Curtis
Called about a renewal and spoke to Curtis who was so helpful. He listened to my questions and was able to find out the answers for me. He took time and did not rush me or make me feel bad for asking more questions. I really have not been given better customer service for a long time. Thanks Curtis.

Avoid avoid avoid, would give no stars if option. Customer service is absolutely shocking, only means of communication is live chat who actually refused to give out a phone number. As previous comments they reduced mileage and my daughter ended up getting charged for extra. Had a family bereavement whilst in middle of trying to cancel policy and their cancellation process just added extra stress. Loads of hidden charges in cancellation had to ask for breakdown of charges.

Never had such a bad experience with an insurance company. Desperate to keep charging you more and more money totally unethically and only giving 7 days to do so. DO NOT take out insurance with these cowboys.

0 STARS. WORSE INSURANCE COMPANY EVER
Terrible. If you could avoid this insurance company avoid at all costs. Eventually they will start charging you for miles.
Even whilst they record your driving, most of the time the feedback would be negative.
They don’t have NO customer service phone number, everything is done through live chat which is ridiculous and the communication isn’t good at all.
If you go with this insurance company, you are going into a trap. It’s as simple as that. The trap of paying your insurance plus being charged to drive additional miles.
When it comes to claims being made against you, you have the make sure you fight the case with evidence and consistency. This insurance company will be willing to pay out anyone who says anything.
Terrible experience but it’s taught me a lot. I could write much more but it’s draining my energy already.

Shockingly shoddy treatment
This company randomly cancelled my son’s car insurance without notifying either me or him that this was about to happen.Apparently a sum of £20 was due after the black box performance review and I was asked to pay this via e mail.I didn’t get this e mail.If I had of course I would have paid it,or made my son pay it! The first I knew of any of this was today when I received an E mail telling me the policy had been cancelled ‘…AS REQUESTED BY MY SON??’When I asked for copies of the e mails I was told these no longer existed as the policy had been cancelled.My son has been driving around for the last two days uninsured..I will be complaining but after reading the reviews on here don’t hold out much hope of getting any redress

If I could give no stars I would.
I’m paying £300 a month with a black box. Been trying to cancel for 3 weeks but not been given a total cost- and don’t want to be hit with hidden costs afterwards. There’s no telephone number. Just an online chat which is useless. Honestly the people that work for company need for get themselves some morals rather than scamming thousands of people. I work so hard and I’ve just been treated like a piece of crap on their shoe. Please please avoid.

Paid my whole year insurance got it cancelled at end of policy went else where, sent black box back cancelled direct debit just incause they have actually went out of there way a recreated another direct debit when policy is over!! Took money off me no contact number to chase this money back don’t go here you’ll regret it
