Excellent company! Made the process of making a Will and Lasting Powers of Attorney very easy and very affordable for a professional finish.

Been trying to use the service as I was given a voucher by my life assurance company. After 6 weeks we have been unable to proceed. I had missed a call due to being in hospital. Which is really why I wanted to write a will in the first place. That call was 14 minutes late. They rang a single time then texted to cancel that appointment. We reorganized but then they rang 4 minutes early a single time , then cancel the appointment telling me I could no longer have afternoon sessions due to "missing" appointments. I hadn't even finished work for the day. Even if you phone them back within 2 minutes of the appointment time they have phones off. Their next appointment isn't for another few weeks and no doubt they'll find a way to ensure I can't actually join the call.
Communication between the office and the staff is non existent. Promising dates that they are unavailable.
I'm as well off to use a online DIY pack. This is clearly a scam to pocket vouchers from the broker.
