First ClassService
We have been customers of Initial for approximately 10 years, the service has been first class from day one. All staff who complete uplifts are warm, friendly and extremely reliable.
Both Initial staff members who visit our site are a real credit to the company, genuinely really nice fellas.

Great service today when I called to resolve an outstanding invoice. Speaking to two customers service of team each time with in 5 minutes, Debby Taylor pick up the second call helping us resolve this issue we great communication through the day by email and each time replying within a short amount of time. 5 ⭐️ service

Missed collection of medical waste by 3 days now. Again told to wait until 17.00 for a collection...another no show. The promised phone call each day never happens.
