William Gibbs is a real asset to the team at Initial Washrooms. For an extended period, we struggled to receive a consistent and reliable service. However, since William took over our area, we have received a weekly service without fail, and no task is ever too much trouble for him.
William is always polite, respectful and professional, and nothing is ever too much trouble. His commitment and excellent customer service have made a real difference, and we are extremely pleased with the service we now receive. He is a credit to Initial Washrooms.

When Carl is on duty we get excellent service. The other drivers don't always follow our request for a call before they turn up so we can ensure the facility is open for them.

Poor service
I find it hard to believe many of the positive reviews for this company. As a school, we regularly have to chase Initial to carry out scheduled collections of our sanitary and medical waste bins. The service has been consistently disappointing, and for that reason I can only give a one-star rating.
