Just got the new one which is very good with design, very compact and portable! Good recommend!

Customer service is very BAD! Its like they are copy paste the same questions even after provided so many times!

They claim to give 3 year warranty but its bs

This company claims that their products carry a 3-year warranty. But when a power cable failed, I discovered that guarantee is worthless. After a frustratingly protracted email exchange during which they repeatedly asked for information I had already given, I returned the faulty product via UPS as they requested. Iniu asked me to inform them once the carrier had taken my parcel, stating they would send a replacement that same day. They haven't. In fact they haven't even responded to my email. I am asking Amazon to no longer sell this company's products. They are dishonest.

Products are great but the 5 stars is for customer service, my power bank broke after 1 year of usage, and they sent me a brand new replacement next day. Absolutely incredible

After I ordered from the site my order wasn’t processed for a good two weeks and there was no communication about it from the manufacturer whatsoever. During this time I found this Trustpilot site about the company and became worried that I will never receive a product. However, once my order was sent everything went without a problem and I received the product by Amazon in a couple of workdays. The only thing I can mention as a negative is the two weeks of radio silence from the manufacturer.

Shipping states 10 days
I waited 12 days before checking my order status.
I had received no shipping notifications and then followed up with the email on their website.
They replied with an untruthful feeling response, which was validated after another week of no product.
I followed up 15 days later asking for a refund and no response.
It is now 4 weeks since the order was placed and I feel like I have been scammed.

I bought an Iniu power bank with a 3 year warranty, & it packed up after less than 10 months use. Trying to get any response from Iniu is impossible.

Update: was given a free charging bank as an apology that has been doing well since received.
2 separate deliveries never arrived but were marked as delivered with no proof.
Needs a better tracking system and accountability to resolve issues with couriers rather than allowing the same thing to happen twice. Hoping to get my money back shortly.

I placed an order for a INIU Power Bank B63 (25000mAh), Design for Laptop.

My bank is showing that a payment of £43.82 has been taken but I have not had any confirmation email of the product I ordered.

I sent an email to the customer support but received an email advising that the delivery of the email is incomplete as there was a problem delivering the message.

I have tried to contact customer support via twitter but again there has been no response!!

Terrible service - the company is obviously happy to take a payment without providing the goods that have been paid for.

First time using this site. I needed a power bank for work and came across iniu.shop, I was worried about ordering a power bank as many companys fake the mAh and state higher than what is inside but doing some youtube research iniu is very legit and the products do everything that says on the box/website.
I ordered and it got dispatched the next day, 2 days later my order had arrived by Amazon Prime. Very good prices, amazing looking powerbanks and very fast shipping! I wouldn't shop anywhere else for power banks.

bought this item last week for travelling purpose. I require something which I can use to charge my mobile and iPad. I used it for the last 5 days continuously in the day while travelling from one place to another and then back.
