We have made several purchases from Ink Toner Store in the last several years. The customer service has been excellent and the ink cartridges have worked great.

If I could give triple negative ---0, I would. What a horrible experience. I purchased a pack of 4 toners for my printer, which was working before the first cartridge was installed. My printer stopped working, giving me a 984 fatal message. Inc Toner Store states on their website 100% compatibility and guarantees with cartridges and toners. I have tried numerous times in the past month, sending them emails, calling, and leaving chat messages on their website. No one had yet replied to any of my messages. I would never recommend anyone buy anything from this site, and I will keep leaving negative reviews for every attempt to contact them until someone replies and solves the issue that affected my business, as I use it to print labels and packaging.

Purchased a pack of ink cartridges for my printer which was working perfectly fine. When I installed toner ink cartridges my printer could not detect them and so was not working. Called the company to try and sort out and spoke to Chloe (rudest person ever) who continuely interrupted me and basically told me she was the expert even though at no time did she appear to grasp my problem at all and then became threatening and kept reminding me I was being recorded. Had obviously had to use that before. Appeared to me that she wasn’t interested in helping but instead was doing all she could to make me give up. Do not use the company unless you want an inferior product and even more inferior service.

They sent me a defective toner cartridge that skips letters and prints stains. When I tried to contact customer service, the chatbot was useless. I finally managed to get it to attempt to connect me with an agent. I would have had to wait 45 minutes on the phone. It appears this company scrimps on hiring for customer service. F+ grade for service.

I ordered a toner drum for my printer because there was an error and I thought it needed to be replaced but it didn't work so I tried to return it, still unused and brand new but they refused to refund me. however, they did try to SELL ME MORE by offering me a toner cartridge instead of a refund. Why would I want to do that??

My review was removed by Truspilot without contacting me. It looks like companies can pay to get a good reputation!!!!!!

Looking forward to getting my toner cartridge from inktonerstore.com after a terrible experience (with quikshiptoner.lies). I ordered last night, and just received an email/tracking number that it has shipped. Wonderful service.

Ordered some scott continuous air refills: ordered the day befor thankgiving, so I figured they'd at least be shipped by some time monday, 11/27. when still hadn't been shipped by the 4th of December, I emailed them inquiring as to the status of my unshipped order...total silence...it is now the 8th of December & my order has STILL NOT shipped...I'd think long and hard about ordering from this company

The customer service at InkTonerStore.com is excellent! I had a problem with my printer after a move from one state to another. So I ordered some new cartridges from InkTonerStore.com to try to fix the problem. When the new cartridges didn't fix the problem they shipped out free replacement cartridges made by another manufacturer to try to fix the problem. When that didn't work they gave me a full refund on my original order. I was willing to return the cartridges to them. But they said it wasn't necessary. Wow. What a great customer service experience.

Had an issue with the product (sealing tape didn't completely come out upon install). I called them and they shipped out a replacement cartridge, same-day! I don't expect perfection, but do expect responsive resolution, and their response was fantastic!

Great firm - great ribbons and great service. I always receive my ribbons the very next day after I have ordered them. Thank you so much I love dealing with you.

Pessimi, dicono 24/48 ore per la consegna. Ho ordinato in data 21/7 ed oggi 29/7 sono dovuta andare a ritirare il pacco dal corriere. Era urgente! Ho anche chiamato 3 volte! Servizio pessimo e anche presa in giro. Mi hanno detto che era stato spedito il lunedì 25 ma non era vero. GLS etichetta sul pacco di giovedì 28/7.

The website says that they ship same day if the order is received before 6pm, that they use FedEx Ground and that delivery time is 1 day (delivery by FedEx Ground WOULD be within 1 day to my location). Based on that, I ordered before 5, BUT they did not try to ship until the next day and proposed to use UPS, which would not arrive within 1 day. Very disappointed.

I've always had good luck with compatible toner cartridges for my Dell and Brother printers from Ink Toner Store. Good products and prompt delivery.
